dryer

The dryer was broken on arrival. Motor was not working properly and made an awful noise. Wouldn't recommend.

Great Features

Please be aware that you must pay for installation in order to get your appliance power wiring and vent hose/clamps unless you order them separately from another party.

So happy I upgraded to Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to Samsung from my Kenmore. Love the huge capacity and all the options. Use the steam function on gental clothes and it works great. Like the connectivity with my phone and the music at the end of the cycle is much better than a buzzer.

dryes super quietly & fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when initially drying my clothes, it actually took less time than with my previous dryer. i love that it has the steam dry option, the clothes come out soft and dry! i love the lint compartment, it is very easy to clean and convenient. the drum is bigger than expected and very quiet upon using. it is great it has the wifi option, because you can keep track of your crycles on your phone, and even on your Samsung TV, yes it notifies you on your phone and tv how your cycle is doing!

Bad heating element in 6 months

Would give it 5 star if it worked longer than 6 months. My wife loves it but heating element has already went out. We had a Maytag for 10 years and never had a problem. And it was half the price. Now I am trying to find a heating element and it looks like a have to order it.

The ability of controlling the dryer from the SmartThings app is truly a bonus and keeps up with my daily schedule. Quality in the build. Quiet while in use.
