In addition, the features let me customize the settings to what my clothes need. I do not have to turn this dryer on for a second round. I am giving it a 4 because I'm having difficulties pairing it with my app. I will be contacting customer support in hopes they will resolve it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dryer is absolutely amazing. I like that I can dry a full load and it my load comes out completely dry. I have washed towels, jeans, and other heavy duty items and it does wonders. It has a sanitizing option that I enjoy using. The technology is A+. It was easy to set up and I can see what stage my clothes are in. I also have to boast about how quiet it is and the cute notification music that comes on when the load is completed. This is a gorgeous unit and would make you very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer after our previous dryer gave up the ghost (after about 2 years - motherboard went out). We have several Samsung products that use everyday, so we figured why not, right? Excellent choice (pat ourselves on the back)! We love everything about this dryer. We initially joked about the WiFi, but jokes on us cuz we use regularly! Haven't used the steam function yet, plan to when we're in the new house and the washer/dryer are side-by-side. Right now the face each other in the walkthrough laundry room. I even love the color and will get matching washer when current one fails us - probably with a full load that is in soak mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer 3 weeks ago along with its twin washer. These units are amazing, I set to my android device and bam...I know the second everything is done. I would definitely recommend this dryer to friends and family.

I've liked Samsung appliances in the past but this is not a good dryer. Moisture sensor means it will stop drying while your clothes are still damp and you will have to keep starting it or turn to a cycle that doesn't use the sensors this technology isn't worth paying for because it simply doesn't do the one thing you need a dryer to do...dry your clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new washer & dryer! My partner and I spent months trying to figure out which one we wanted and always came back to this model! We love how customizable the settings are and how quiet it is. We haven't even used all of the features yet because there's so many of them.

Love our washer and have no problems with it at all! Dryer on the other hand has been a bit of a problem with the lint trap door as it has broke off. Then the lint slots are horrible for build up so after two loads we have to clean them with small brushes in the small spaces.

Would give it 5 star if it worked longer than 6 months. My wife loves it but heating element has already went out. We had a Maytag for 10 years and never had a problem. And it was half the price. Now I am trying to find a heating element and it looks like a have to order it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when initially drying my clothes, it actually took less time than with my previous dryer. i love that it has the steam dry option, the clothes come out soft and dry! i love the lint compartment, it is very easy to clean and convenient. the drum is bigger than expected and very quiet upon using. it is great it has the wifi option, because you can keep track of your crycles on your phone, and even on your Samsung TV, yes it notifies you on your phone and tv how your cycle is doing!

This dryer looks good and has much better features with small drying time and huge capacity. Its also energy efficient saving some electricity bill from my old dryer. Connecting through Samsung app is pretty good I can start remotely from my phone. Also its stackable so makes some space in my small laundry room.
