It looks fantastic with its modern design and matches perfectly with the washer for a clean, coordinated look in my laundry room. Performance-wise, it's outstanding. Clothes come out completely dry without being overheated or damaged, even bulky items like comforters and towels. The drying cycles are quick and efficient, and I appreciate the sensor dry feature – it adjusts the drying time based on moisture levels, which helps save energy and protects fabrics. The control panel is user-friendly with plenty of cycle options, including wrinkle prevent and steam refresh, which is a game-changer for busy days. It runs quietly and doesn't shake or vibrate like older models I’ve owned. On Normal dry cycle with a medium size load, jeans do dry completely with the preset dry cycle. Doesn’t seem to sense that they’re still moist and run a bit longer. Second issue is that I can’t connect to the SmartThings app. Nowhere does Samsung have clear instructions and/or troubleshooting steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far really like this. I've had the entry level wash/dryer for several years and really liked them but wanted to upgrade to 7.5 cu ft with steam. I've only had them a few weeks now but great so far. We really like the platinum look as well.

My Samsung Dryer was installed by the delivery company and its making a huge noise. Now I’m getting the run around on whose responsibility it is to replace my new never used dryer. This is a inconvenience to me and my family. I have a young toddler and I can’t afford to be without a washer.
