I purchased from Sam's Club but my issue is with GoConfigure (the company listed on outside of box to schedule appt for assembly and installation). After waiting 2 weeks for appt, I was informed 20 minutes prior to contractor arrival that he was assembly ONLY and not hang swing. What a huge disappointment. During initial call, I was never informed that I was paying only for assembly. Why purchase a hanging porch swing and not get it hung.... I will not deal with this company again and have requested full refund.

Bought this item for use in backyard, under the covered Gazebo. In 6 months time the rope snapped, while kneeling on the pad to clean it. Found rope deteriorated and disintegrated into "dust", when touched. Back of day bed had separated and joints cracked. Contacted Customer Service and and returned item (along with photos and video) for refund, during warranty period. Would not purchase again for outdoor use until item is offered with chain and construction materials improve.

I guess I am in the minority regarding the quality of this swing. Yes, the price is great, but here are the reasons I am returning: 1. Color of the Sunbrella fabric is a blue-gray, and is not what I expected. If the color was listed in the description, I would not have ordered. 2. Cushions arrived smashed and horribly wrinkled. 3.The bolster pillows are useless. They fall right through the arms if you lay up against them. 4. Mine arrived with a nice size chunk in the side of the swing and is very noticeable. For this price, it should have arrived in perfect condition. 5. The cushions slide everywhere when you sit on the swing and is very annoying. A more expensive swing I looked at, has ties on each cushions to prevent this from happening. So in closing, what a pain to have to take back to the club to return. With all of these flaws, definitely not worth it-returning today and ordering the more expensive one.

I tried 2 years in a row to order this, but it goes out of stock quick. Received last spring, and very happy with it. Yes, the bolster pillows should be fatter so they don’t fall through the side, but I’m mindful of it and readjust it before I sit. I also added a “window seat” cushion as a back cushion, and it works great. I love to change out toss pillows to go to with each season. Looks smashing. If you’re thinking about, just go for it. :)

We bought 2 of these for each end of our front porch. They are beautiful and very easy to put together. The price is amazing especially with the included cushions. These are so nice and you won't be disappointed! These exact swings are on amazon for a lot more.

My swing lasted for 3 years then the ropes fell apart, the base pillow cushion has support piping and that has broken through the material and sticks out scratching people as well, the back part of the swing wood woven part started falling apart as well. This was not highly used but it was a beautiful addition to my porch if it would not have fallen apart. It has been under a very large covered porch. I could repair it if I had a way to order the parts but I have called and get placed on hold with no options. Not a good experience!!

I love love love my bedswing! It is exactly what I had envisioned for my indoor Lanai.

Only complaint is Bolster pillows are to small and fall through

I love this porch swing. I live in Texas & will look for a plastic cover for it to protect the mattress from storms. Advice for those looking to purchase if it’s out of stock: ask member services when it is scheduled to restock.
