We received our product with missing parts. Now we have to wait 2 weeks for them to send replacement part. Really inconvenient.

Swing bed structure is in great condition. Accessories are in great condition. But Rope went bad in 18 months. Now finally one rope give up.

If this is in stock, grab it!! It is an amazing value. It comes with Sunbrella cushions which in themselves are expensive. It’s lovely!!!

This swing is awesome! I bought it last summer and it is perfect for sitting or sleeping. So comfortable. I had a 4 post gazebo style frame extension added to my deck to hang it from. Cost about $600 because it had to be anchored in the ground to support the weight. I think it is well worth it. Well made. Sturdy

I bought this to have on my porch for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Upon attempting to put it together, the brackets and the ropes were not in the box. So frustrating, as someone had to go to the hardware store and look for something that would suffice, but was nowhere as nice as it could have been.

This porch bed is absolutely perfect! Not to mention, it's beautiful! We have been looking a long time for a porch bed. This bed exceeded our expectations by far. The quality and comfort is top notch. And the price was so much cheaper than other ones that are very similar. I see many summer evenings relaxing on our new porch bed.

The delivery was good. However i was not pleased that my order was a return to the store. Upon inspection of the box it arrived in was a retaping of the return. Faulty taping. Have not opened the box. Normally for a heavy item like this it would be stapled tightly. This was not.
