Freshly roasted has the date on the bag. It definitely had a fresh roasted taste.

Great Coffee

Too light

As another reviewer pointed out, this is very good coffee if you know what you’re doing, and as a trained barista I do. I was surprised to see a less than five star rating, then I read the reviews. No, oily beans do not signify fresh roasted beans, actually it is probably over-roasted. Unfortunately Starbucks has ruined most people’s perception of what coffee should taste like. If you like dark roast / French / espresso etc exclusively you won’t enjoy this coffee. However if you like a clean, bright, single origin medium roast this is an absolute bargain. True I’ve had much better but not at this price delivered to my door!

This is good, smooth. I would buy again.

This coffee is smooth with no bitter bite but it lacks depth. Not a huge fan of the roast. The medium roast seems closer to a lighter roast in my opinion.
