Michelin tires are so reliable that my husband and I won't buy any other brand for our vehicles. They make the ride smooth and perform with excellence on wet roads. Here in Florida, the roads can turn treacherous at times due the so called "Florida ice", but we are confident our Michelin tires will always keep us safe. My Michelin Defender LTS M/S are now 83,000 miles and 5 years old and still have a few hundred miles left over. I keep very good care of them and rotate them every oil change. With time tires get hard and performance gets compromised so with this heavy rains is better to change. If you get such a long life is not such a big investment at all. I strongly recommend this tire which was the OEM on my F150.

We live in Colorado so a good snow tire is essential. My wife drives a 2007 Honda Pilot FWD. The Michelin LTX tires are so good in the snow, I don't feel the need to switch to a 4WD for our next vehicle. They plow through the snow easily with confidence. We received 14 inches of snow one day here in the Front Range and we had to travel to Loveland for a school outing. I was a bit nervous on how the car would handle with that much snow. I was amazed at how the tires and car handled with that much snow on the road. Not even 4WD would have made a difference. I highly recommend the LTX tires as we've gone above our expected tread life by 15,000 miles and the traction in wet/snowy weather is four stars.

Great traction on all types of road surfaces, I was surprised by the low road noise and I have had great wear results. I have been a Michelin man for over 20 years now and will only buy from this great line of tires! In fact, when I buy a new car, I insist that it comes with Michelins!

I love Michelin tires and have always been pleased with them. I purchased these and traded them for a different Michelin because they made a lot of noise when I was driving on the highway. It may have been a defective tire in the mix, it was hard to tell. The service department traded them out for me. The tires did brake well and handled well in the rain.

These tires have given me years of great service. I have had them on my Ford Ranger, Ford F150, and Ford Excursion. They are not by any means the cheapest tires for these vehicles, but they offer great ride quality, low noise, and I have never had one with any type of defect throughout the life of the tire.

I have run these tires on Ford, Chevy and Dodge trucks for over 15 years, always try to replace my factory tires with them, haven't found another tire manufacturer who can provide as good a tire and the mileage life as the LTX M/S. Being in outside sales I drive close to 50K miles a year with a mix of city and highway. I typically get 80K miles on a set with even wear down to the end with regular balance & rotation every 5K miles, lucky to get 50K miles on any others.

I purchased this tire in 2020 shortly after cupping the OEM Firestone Destination Tires with less than 30,000 miles. I sold the Jeep Wrangler in May 2024 with over 101,000 miles on the vehicle. 73,000 of the last miles were on the Michelin Defender LT MS tires purchased in 2020. The tires were still serviceable with 5/32 tread depth remaining.

THESE ARE THE BEST TIRES I HAVE EVER USED IN ICE, SNOW OR RAIN, ON OR OFF ROAD THEY WEAR LONGER THAN ANY OTHER TIRE I HAVE EVER OWNED. THEY ARE ALSO QUITE ON HOT SUMMER HIGHWAYS. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING A PICKUP TRUCK SINCE 1974 CONTINUOUSLY, AND THERE IS NOT ANOTHER BRAND I WOULD CONSIDER FOR MY CAR OR TRUCK.
