Great tires for a daily driver with the traction necessary for bad weather. Great in snow and rain - sure footed for whatever comes your way. These were original equipment on our SUV and are going strong after 45,000 miles. If they were a little more quiet they'd get 5 stars. But comfortable and sure footed overall. Great value and quality product.

Last week I had 4 new defender ltx tires mounted and balanced (P265/60r18). About 100 miles later the whole rear end of my truck now shakes like crazy when traveling between 55-60mph. I drove right back and they tell me that my rear 2 tires have "factory defects". I'm having them replaced tomorrow.

Absolutely the best tires I have ever purchased. Not only do they handle the road surfaces, they wear evenly and for a greater mileage distance. Others just don't measure up. They outperform their competitors hands down. Better tread design and lettering also gives them a hands up as far as appearance is concerned. On the road or dunes as I travel for fishing, you can rely on Michelin. Rain, snow, mud, or sand, these tires can handle quick accelerations or sudden stops.

THESE ARE THE BEST TIRES I HAVE EVER USED IN ICE, SNOW OR RAIN, ON OR OFF ROAD THEY WEAR LONGER THAN ANY OTHER TIRE I HAVE EVER OWNED. THEY ARE ALSO QUITE ON HOT SUMMER HIGHWAYS. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING A PICKUP TRUCK SINCE 1974 CONTINUOUSLY, AND THERE IS NOT ANOTHER BRAND I WOULD CONSIDER FOR MY CAR OR TRUCK. My local service station talked me into another major brand of tire to replace my worn LTX Michelins. I developed a wobble in the front end of my Chevy Tahoe that I never had before. They balanced the tires, rotated them, did an alignment, shocks, etc. and could not cure the problem. Finally they replaced the tires with a new set of the same brand and I still had the wobble. I finally took my truck to a Chevy dealer and they told me the tires were out of round. I replaced the tires with new Michelin LTX M/Ss and never had the problem again. That was 70,000 mile ago and they're still in great shape. I'll always use Michelin. Great tires!

I use this tire on my everyday use truck, it is great handling and quiet. It feels great in any weather wet or dry. My only complaint is the cost, I wish it was just a little more affordable. But most of all I do value my life and that of my family and you can't put a price on that.

I replaced the original tires on my current truck at 33,000 with Michelin LTX tires and have ridden on them for five and one-half years and now have 113,000 miles on odometer. The tires still have a considerable amount of treadwear left. These tires have provided the security of knowing that I am riding on some of the highest quality tires on the market today. The comfortable ride these tires provide have been far superior to any other tires I have ever used. This is the second truck for which I have purchased this model of tire, and experienced the same life of the tire on the last truck I owned.

I have this tire on both of my trucks (10 tires between them and I'm not counting spares!) I get excellent wear, as a matter of fact, the last set that I used up got over 100,000 miles on them. The set before that I replaced prematurely at 90,000 miles. Both sets still had street legal tread depth. The tires offer a good, smooth ride that is quiet. I have never had any slipping during wet cornering. All these reasons contribute to the fact that ALL three of my vehicles have Michelins!

I was actually thinking about the comfort and the smooth ride I get with these Tires and I like them enough to buy again. The cracking and appearance of My old one's is rushing Me, I'm only at 50% or maybe 40% tread, I would be able to get another Season or 2 at least.....it'd be worth the money then.

I replaced the "stock" tires on my Jeep Wrangler several years ago with a larger/broader set of Michelin tires. Michelin tires have been the tire of choice for my family for decades. I will have no other tires but Michelins on my Jeep. The ride in a Jeep Wrangler is always noisy, however my Michelin tires ride quietly ... the ride is stable and controlled ... and the overall performance is excellent in all seasons. Best of all ... these Michelin tires last!!! By that I mean the Michelin tires last a long time ... and performance so far has not diminished with age. Michelin tires are simply the best performer on all of my family's vehicles from my wife's Mercedes to my 2001 Jeep Wrangler!
