The back frame came broken and the connector was missing. We called the “missing parts” line and they said they couldn’t help us because it was broken. We called Sam’s Club to replace it and they said we had to bring the couch in. Since the item was out of stock at the store, they said they couldn’t replace it. The couch was super comfy but a hassle due to the fact that it came broken and with missing parts.

I was very impressed with this 2 piece sectional! It is not only beautiful but also firm and comfortable! It will support several people, which is perfect for lounging around and entertaining guests! The accent pillows really make the sectional stand out! I would love to have this for my living room!

This is a well made sofa but the dimensions on the pictures for the sand color are completely wrong. I was under the impression that the lower price meant a smaller sofa (because the picture says so!) but that is not the case! It's huge. Also, the sand color is lighter in person. I almost wondered if i was sent the wrong color, but I wasn't. I'm now stuck with a sectional that is 2 feet too long on each end. It smells strongly of chemicals from the foam but is easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. The delivery men were rude. It's a delivery to the door, which I expected, but they griped because there were 3 steps to get up to my sidewalk. The boxes are large. I managed to get them in the house by myself but would recommend having someone around to help you.

My family has always had hand-me-down couches and for the last five years, we lived with a couch that was the least comfortable thing we have ever owned. We were finally in a position to buy a new couch and we couldn't be happier with this one. It is so comfortable that we now love hanging out in the living room again.

We received our couch a little less than 2 weeks ago and we absolutely love it. The couch was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It is bigger than we thought it would be. We were apprehensive about buying a couch that we had never sat on but it is incredibly comfortable. We could smell the chemicals a little bit but it didn't last long thankfully. Our dog loves this couch. Just about every day we get to test the stain resistance of the couch as our dog somehow always gets mud on it. Thankfully it comes right off with a little soap and water. Shipping as many have said wasn't great. The company shipping it did not communicate well with Sams and I was told 3 different dates when it would arrive. I ended up calling the freight company and they were able to get ahold of the driver and supposedly the couch was coming THAT same day I called within a 10 am-8 pm window (4th date I was told and a couple of days earlier than the anticipated delivery date ). My wife and I were at work and skeptical that this was true but my wife was able to leave early. She got to the house and the delivery truck was there and was about to leave from no response. No one, Sams or the freight company, said anything about the couch needing to be signed for. Thankfully for us, my wife was able to sign for it and the couch was successfully delivered. Sams still says my package is in route... The freight company said they tried to call me but I never received any calls from them. If you buy this couch, contact the shipping company directly for any and all shipping updates. Other than shipping we love the couch.

We have had this couch for close to 3 years now. We bought the artic color. It came out of the box white. It slowly turned to a light silvery grey. No holes or stains. One cushion recently lost the zipper pull. We have pets, and it has held up really well.

We ordered the pewter color and it's a medium gray with blue undertones. It looks like a brownish color in the pics but it's not. Its comfortable and well made couch. I wish it was the color I thought we ordered. It would be 5 stars if it matched the pics.

The only negative thing I have to say about this couch is that the color isn't the same that's pictured for Pewter. Looking at the picture of Pewter, I assumed it was more tan/beige in color, however, it is actually gray with blue undertones. The delivery process went smooth, my package was undamaged, and the measurements are as advertised. The couch is sturdy and comfortable at the same time. The color still works for the space so I am keeping it but keep in mind if you order it, it will not hide dog hair or stains!
