We really love this sectional. Our son bought it first and we loved that the cushions can all be washed so we bought one too. We've been laying all over it for 5 years and have washed it at least 100 times (in cold water, delicate dry) and it washes great. Always looks nice and very comfortable. Just bought another for our second living room. After shopping around, the price is unbeatable, the quality is superior, and it's always clean because it can be used with kids and pets and washed. I didn't take specific pics for this review but added some that I have on my phone, from our life. :) I hope Sam's continues to make this couch for many years to come.

We love the couch. We were reluctant to buy a couch without touching or sitting on it.. Once the couch came is comfy to sit on and the material is soft and so much better than i thought it would be. It's perfect in our space. Description on size seems right on. I would recommend this couch to others for sure..

Love this couch. Bought light grey, sight unseen, and am ecstatic with the results. Exactly what I saw online. Used the measurements from the description and plotted it out on the floor prior to buying. Fit exactly as the description described. Very comfortable, soft and gorgeous. I also have a shedding black dog. Her hair comes off easily from this fabric.

Love this couch! It is beautiful and very well made. It is built of sturdy construction and the material is a microfiber that is soft and durable. We have never ordered on line site unseen for furniture but am thrilled we did. The only issue we had was they did not deliver when they said it was to be delivered. We were out of town and left it in the driveway on a different day as scheduled. We had to call the neighbor to go put in the garage for us.

We are so surprised at the quality of this sectional. I’ve had it two years now at our shore house and we love it. It’s very comfortable and the material is so soft. Happy

Love love love the couch. It firm but comfortable. The cushions seem like they will hold their shape for a long time. Fabric is very soft. It my favorite place to sit. Exceeded my expectations. The reason this is not a 5 star review is because of the customer service. On the expected date of delivery, nothing showed up and the tracking information said it was still in another state. I called customer service to get an update and while on hold the called the shipping company which said it was in route and I should have it in 2 days. 2 days go by and nothing. I called again and had a very rude customer service rep who basically gave me no information and hung up on me, mind you I was being polite as I know every company is experiencing shipping issues. I was just curious to know when to expect it. I called the next day and they person said he had to put a request in to a special department that handles these types of issues and I would hear back on a 72 hours. 72 hours later and I hear nothing. I call again and they said give it a little more time. Then out of no where the shipping company calls me and says they will be at my house in 1 hour with the sectional! Good thing I happened to be home to sign for it. The boxes were heavily damaged and so was the underneath fabric on one of the sofas. It was pretty torn up and hanging loosely. I called customer service again and they gave me several options to choose from and were very kind about it. We opted to Lee the couches, fixed the underneath fabric and took a discount on them! If it wasn’t for the customer service and being given the run around during delivery, I would have given them a 5 star rating!

Great purchase. Very comfortable and stylish. All the pillows and cushions have zippers. The back cushions are not attached. The material is soft and sturdy. I ordered Sand and love the color, very versatile with any color scheme. I took a chance and ordered this online without seeing it and was very happy with this purchase. The measurements are correct as pictured. The short side is 88” and the long side is 111” from my measurements. I gave this 4 stars because the short side starting squeaking a week after we got it and had damage from delivery which was not great. They said we chose basic delivery but there were no options for delivery, so they were going to leave the 2 boxes in the driveway with rain that day, so I asked them to bring the boxes up on the porch and they were not happy but agreed to it and definitely would not bring them in the house. The boxes were damaged and the sofa had a 2” gouge in the bottom back through the fabric which luckily is not visible.

Seems like a great sectional, if only I could get the whole thing. I’ve only gotten 1/2 of it. It ships out of some other company and they use a random delivery service who calls and schedules delivery in a 4 hour window, then they show up late or not at all. The first shipment I received was 1/2 a sectional, I notified Sams.com and opened a claim. They finally after almost a week issued a new shipment to come out and a pickup for the 1/2 piece. The new shipment never came and the 1/2 piece was picked up. Then one day I came home to the other 1/2 up against my garage. I called again and the delivery service is supposed to have the full sectional here tomorrow so I guess we will see.

I gave 1 star because the sectional had a strong chemical odor to it, it’s been 2 weeks and the smell has subsided some, but you can still smell it. I am waiting for someone to come pick it up as a return. This sectional is out of stock now so i can’t even reorder and ask that they can guarantee me the next one will not smell. All the negative being said. I must say I loved everything else about it, the size, and color was just what I wanted. It is very sturdy, made very well, although i only sat on it for 15 mins. Before I had a coughing fit.

I received one part of the section second part after calling them they said they lost the second part so they going schedule time to come in and pick up the item and been over a month nothing every time I call customer service say 24 hours and some one will contact me for pickup it’s like a joke I called so many times and no one call ?! I will call tomorrow and they will say the same thing over and over 24hours ?!
