I read the comments and took the advice to separate some of the bacon in freezer bags and cook when needed. That works for me and the bacon had no slime or that other issues folks wrote about. Taste …..it wakes you up.

O.K. it's not the fatty pork bacon you're used to. It's different but still delicious and won't hurt my blood test results. I can still have a BLT that's full of flavor without nitrates or nitrites. Different is not always bad

This turkey bacon taste so good, excellent to add to a pot of beans if you are looking for less calories. The only thing I do not like is that it expires faster but it’s uncurled so that is normal. But super yummy and great price.

The package says "Uncured Turkey Bacon",however, it cooks like it's cured with lots of sufities included. Don't trust the label it does not state the facts.

It's not pork, but it is real meat. Has a satisfactory flavor and is somewhat healthier as it is a little leaner. Probably will get some again, but I still eat pork bacon, too.

Really good bacon. My whole family enjoyed it. Cooks well in the oven or the pan. The only downside is that I wish it came portioned out so I am not opening up such a large package in one get go.

Pretty good, better taste and value than the other brands. Just wish it came in smaller packages as it does not freeze well and it is hard to eat this much before it spoils.

Great flavor, thick cut, best turkey bacon ever made. I have an allergy that prevents me from eating meat other than poultry or fish. The turkey bacon options for me are usually thin, papery, poor substitutes but this Godshall's bacon has been a game changer for me! I love the flavor, the way it fries up and the thick cut makes it perfect. I have used it as a replacement for ham in soup recipes even and it really kicks up the flavor.

Godshall's Uncured Turkey Bacon is the VERY BEST! We will use no other. Young and old love it ! It is a hit every time. Good taste without all the fat. We buy the 40 oz. size and break it up into 7 portions and place it in freezer baggies and place in freezer, and take them out when needed. Best Turkey Bacon Out THERE!
