O.K. it's not the fatty pork bacon you're used to. It's different but still delicious and won't hurt my blood test results. I can still have a BLT that's full of flavor without nitrates or nitrites. Different is not always bad

Really great flavor and crisps up better than other brands in the air fryer. I love that it is uncured too. Freezes really well if you are concerned about getting such a big pack.

Godshall's Uncured Turkey Bacon is absolutely delish!! It's such a wonderfully tasty alternative to pork bacon. The price for the 40 ounce size is fabulous, to boot 👍

I read the comments and took the advice to separate some of the bacon in freezer bags and cook when needed. That works for me and the bacon had no slime or that other issues folks wrote about. Taste …..it wakes you up.
