Duracell automotive battery from Sam's Club

We were lucky to find this top of the line battery at Sam's club. It appears to be very good quality with a 3 year replacement guarantee. The mechanic at Sam's installed the battery for us and the wait was only 15 minutes. We are happy with the service and the battery.

Probably a good battery but won't strap down

Well if looks like Sam's Club in my area doesn't stock 27F (v6 Tacoma owners, Most Toyota Trucks). In place they have this 24F battery. This battery is too tall to strap in and has less reserve than the OEM 27F. I am not sure whey Duracell lists this as compatible when it is inferior to the OEM requirement. Toyota lists the 27F batteries for the V6 Tacoma and 24F for the L4 Tacoma.

    Internal warranty clock???

    These come with a 36 month warranty, mine died at 37. I know they don't really have an internal warranty clock, but dang!

    Battery tested bad only 2 years old but we were in middle of Wisconsin with NO Sam's Club anywhere around, so warranty was useless. I hate Duracell batteries, the small AAA %26 AA all Leak after awhile. Car battery no better

    Duracell 24F Auto Battery

    There is a relationship between battery strength/life and the weight of the battery. I expect long life from this one; I could hardly lift it.

    does not fit 2012 Toyota Highlander

    sits a bit taller than the oem battery - unable to install with the original bracket. returning.
