Bought new 5/28/18 it died and was replaced under warranty 10/30/19 the replacement died today 3/14/20. Yea its under warranty but its a drag to have to have it go bad then pull it out of my daughters car, and then take it in and then reinstall it. I won't be buying the Duracell brand again.

I like the battery because the one I replaced was this exact same brand and model (24F) and it lasted me 6 years and 5 months. I only put 25k on my car in that time but its the longest a car battery has ever lasted me. The problem I had was the service. They made me schedule an appointment 4 hours later in the day when I visited the store. When I came back for the appointment only one guy was there in the garage area already working on a vehicle and the manager was counting inventory. Fifty minutes into the appointment they had not even pulled my car into a bay. I ended up having to install it myself because I had to be somewhere an hour and a half after the appointment started. Luckily I had brought a wrench to change it myself. Had I known this was going to happen I would have just bought the battery and installed it at the time I made the appointment. I won't be going back to the auto center at that Sam's Club.

I purchased 7 of these Duracell over the past 10 years. Before I started purchasing these batteries other manufactures auto batteries used to last more than 7 years. All of the Duracell auto batteries I purchased would not last more than 2 to 3 years and some of the replacement battery under the 3 year warranty also didn't last more than 2 to 3 years. I don't know what has happened to the manufacturing of these batteries or where the company has been cutting corners. I might as well go for the cheapest offbrand battery I can find from now on.

The technicians' skills were too poor.

Great price. However, the battery is taller than the 24F that I had before and thus had to buy new tie down.

I purchased 2 batteries at the same time, one for my Avalon and one for Sienna. They lasted 5 years each and I replaced them just because I was thinking is time to do it and avoid surprises.

I bought this from sam's Club and it died after 18 months. I printed the receipt from my online account and they honored the warranty. I think this battery is hit and miss, hence make sure you have the receipt, since its a 3 year warranty.

Bought 09/2019, no problems, and today is 04/18/22. Iwas told it was a 3 yr. battery, just starting to think about replacement. Its going to be 4 yrs. in Sept. And it will be the same battery when I do purchase.

Installed in Jan of 2015 and just today, 9-24-2022 did it fail to start for the first time. Jumped it and it started right away. I do plan to replace it now as I pushed it to its limit and then some!!

Do not trust their warranty the battery lasts only 18 to 24 month after that they will give you one time exchange and the next one is just going to last the same 18 to 24 months and they will never replace it again you have to pay the full price
