Absolutely disgusting. Just made 2 pounds of ground beef that is now trash. When I opened the packet, the seasoning was mostly white and smelled different. Once I mixed it with beef, I was gagging. The smell is horrible and I refuse to taste it. I made tacos just a few months ago and did not have this issue. I hope whatever is wrong is fixed.

Flavor and color not the same. I used to remark that old El Paso had the same great flavor and never changed. Have been enjoying for 50 years, but will not repurchase now. The seasoning changed and the taco shells burn in an instant in the toaster oven. First time in my life I didn’t enjoy taco night. My hubby was looking forward to the tacos, he’s going to hate them now. Even if you change back, how would you get the word out to your lost customers? Tastes like salt and red chili powder. No flavor at all. A real loss.

It was very flavorful and had a good amount inside. It dissolves effortlessly. All taco seasoning in one pack instead of having to use 8 separate spices. Last but not least the price point was perfect. My family enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this product !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s pretty good. We use it on our taco’s at times when the Taco Bell packet is out for the chicken and beef tacos. It makes it spicy and very good. I would recommend this product if you like spicy and it’s seasoned very good too.

I was raised on this this taco seasoning we had tacos atleast once a month and I'm in my 50's now. I noticed several months ago the taste and texture changed and at first thought maybe it was just one time thing. Then I 4got and used it again the next time and noticed the same thing. I gave it one more try yesterday 2 packets absolutely disgusting. No taste and chalky texture. What happened? I noticed the packets said Bioengineered Products used and Idk if that is what has changed and made it taste so horrible as Idk when that started but that reason alone makes me furious and I will NOT be purchasing again. I will be making my own seasoning from now on with ORGANIC SPICES and warning others that aren't aware. I don't understand with as many complaints and bad reviews u have received stating the same thing why u have not taken action to change this. I guess u don't need the business. Also, I can't speak for all the other ppl complaining in their reviews but I don't have the time to bother calling u or sending an email like u are requesting for other ppl to do. We r giving u our honest reviews of your product and obviously that should be enough evidence and information for u to take action. If all u can do is reply with a generic automated message don't bother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 1.5 lbs of ground beef per 1 packet of Old El Paso Taco Mix. There is still plenty for flavor even after adding an additional half pound of burger. My two boy will not allow me to try other brands. It’s the perfect blend of heat and flavor
