[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product tastes fine, but I would prefer to buy a healthier store bought alternative (which a lot of stores have) or make my own mix. I’m not a fan of the ingredients at all; not something I feel comfortable putting in my body. Natural and artificial flavoring, vegetable oil, citric acid, maltodextrin, and processed sugar. Again, it tastes fine but I’m definitely choosing a healthier alternative to taco seasoning over Old El Paso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started making chili for our family a few years back - I would hide all sorts of veggies in it and they were none the wiser. As they got older they demanded a more grown up taco flavor thats when I started using the seasoning - and it’s great! Adds a real taco flavor and so easy to use! Read the directions. The now grown up kids love it and I always make sure I have an extra packet on hand to sometimes add to a Mexican inspired chicken dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 1.5 lbs of ground beef per 1 packet of Old El Paso Taco Mix. There is still plenty for flavor even after adding an additional half pound of burger. My two boy will not allow me to try other brands. It’s the perfect blend of heat and flavor

I absolutely trust this brand and it's a go to item for sure! I did receive this free for my honest opinion and My family definitely loves it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good, but not my favorite. In a pitch, wouldn’t complain. But taco seasoning packaged like this is all basically the same. Not amazing, but not bad. Honestly, I think it’s the name that gets people to buy it.

So my question is this: Why don't you actually post a genuine response to people's unhappy reviews and questions about the change in recipe, instead of responding with the very generic auto-reply that you are using? Why should your unhappy customers have to reach out further to your team, when "we" are the customers paying for "your" products? And you seem to reply that "you will pass the information on to your team," a bit too frequently, how does that address an unhappy customer's complaint? Come on people, get it together here, I just purchased 2 packets of your seasoning, & now I'm afraid that it's going to ruin the expensive ground beef that I just spent money that I didn't have to spend on!

I usually do not need to add any additional seasoning to it because all of the flavor is packed in this small package for my taste buds.

I used a different mix for years and then the store was out and I found I loved this one so much more. HOWEVER, you have ruined it. We a lot of taco's and I bought 10 packs!! All ten are this new disgusting no flavor goop producing garbage. What have you done? It is as if there is nothing in there but the cornstarch. When I added it to the meat I didn't notice until the color was off. It was not that deep red color. Then when I tasted it there isn't any flavor at all. I hoped it was just the one package but nope. Two out of the 10 that I bought are this way. I am so disappointed.
