always an excellent product. I especially like making taco freezer packages. I cook 3lbs ground beef or turkey, onion, add a can of rotel tomatoes, 3 pckgs taco seasoning and 3 cans of kidney or black beans and a can of green chilies. after cooked I divide it into 6 freezer packages and whenever we have a busy day we have an easy taco or taco salad meal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love ole El Paso taco seasoning, it’s good on beef ground Turkey or chicken. My kids love Mexican food so I know that I can always count on el paso to come through, I recommend 10/10 on this product

I have purchased this seasoning forever. It’s a family favorite. The most recent batch I made in March 2025 was really off, however. I don’t know if they changed the recipe or if they put the wrong seasoning in the 2 packets I had…? Or was there an issue with the seasoning? But the seasoning is usually orangey in color and it was a white/grey color. Also it didn’t taste right. Now I’m hesitant to purchase again because I don’t want to waste all that expensive meat. Or risk getting my family sick in case there’s an issue of some sort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very flavorful seasoning. I recommend using it with 1.5 pounds of meat instead of 1 pound. Works great with both beef and ground turkey! I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good, but not my favorite. In a pitch, wouldn’t complain. But taco seasoning packaged like this is all basically the same. Not amazing, but not bad. Honestly, I think it’s the name that gets people to buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old El Paso is a staple in my home as we celebrate weekly for Taco Tuesday, the most difficult decision in my home is what will it be? Whether it is Mexican Pizza, Nachos, Fajitas, or soup; Old El Paso really turns my meal planning, preparation, and presentation to under one hour. Thank yo so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product especially when I make tacos or hamburger helper. It tastes delicious. I highly recommend this taco seasoning for any recipes that includes Hamburg. The price is reasonable and it tastes so good. It’s the only seasoning I use when I make tacos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use Old El Paso Taco seasoning mix. The flavor is spot on and I love that the original is not overly spicy allowing me to enjoy having a taco. Thanks so much Old El Paso for carrying a terrific product. Lori

I have ALWAYS used old El Paso taco seasoning but it is not the same anymore. I don’t know what changed but IT IS NOT GOOD. We love spicy food so it’s not that. Please go back to your old recipe and please inform people when you change it. I’ll be looking for something else in the meantime.
