[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old El Paso taco original seasoning mix is the best taco seasoning mix I have found. I have tried other brands, and some have been so bland that I have had to add other spices to what I am cooking to get the flavor zi want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer this as you have control of how much seasoning you want. Sometimes you want alittle more than a packet provides and this allows you to have that without wasting another packet. It’s also more convenient to have on hand than the packets.

I bought this to be able to get more consistent seasoning of the ground beef when making a pound and a half of meat. It's an awesome concept but with terrible delivery. The top of the seasoning has either a shaker or full open slot. Problem is the seasoning clumps up and you get too much or not enough out. The shaker side is pointless because it just clogs up. A simple take off lid would be much better to just stick a measuring spoon in and get out the desired amount. I use 1 full packet of seasoing and 2 tbsp. from the mix. I just recently cut the top off the container so I could just stick the measuring spoon in the container to the desired amount of seasoing.

This name brand gives me heartburn horrible n I've tried eating it thru out the years n nope same thing every time, Heartburn city. So I'll definitely never eat this again. There are other brands that don't do this to me n my husband too. So we'll stick with them.

It was very flavorful and had a good amount inside. It dissolves effortlessly. All taco seasoning in one pack instead of having to use 8 separate spices. Last but not least the price point was perfect. My family enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this product !!

So my question is this: Why don't you actually post a genuine response to people's unhappy reviews and questions about the change in recipe, instead of responding with the very generic auto-reply that you are using? Why should your unhappy customers have to reach out further to your team, when "we" are the customers paying for "your" products? And you seem to reply that "you will pass the information on to your team," a bit too frequently, how does that address an unhappy customer's complaint? Come on people, get it together here, I just purchased 2 packets of your seasoning, & now I'm afraid that it's going to ruin the expensive ground beef that I just spent money that I didn't have to spend on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it would save me money to buy the big shaker and it's even better. Super convenient and easy to use, I use it on many things now! Shake it onto salads, into soups, and of course for my taco meat.

Out family was so excited to use old El Paso low sodium taco seasoning in a new recipe only for it to taste way too spicy than ever before. Please fix this and make a genuine response and answer to what went wrong on your side that caused this for so many customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seasoning is really good. I put it in my refried beans and it tastes really good and I put some hot sauce in it and it makes a perfect bean dip. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Mexican food or just tacos.

We loved Old El Paso - only seasoning mix we used. The last couple of batches have been terrible. I made a batch with TWO seasoning packets and we barely tasted any seasoning flavor. I kept thinking I had done something wrong because of the poor quality - as someone else wrote in their review, it thickened, but no flavor. We will be doing the unimaginable and shopping around for a new brand. I always used to keep several packages on hand for the quick meal, but I won't if the taste has changed this much.
