[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the classic, go to , no questions going to be a great homemade taco . Follow instructions and even if you use a bit more than a lb of ground beef , say 1.25 lbs add just a touch more water the seasoning will stretch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite taco seasoning of all. If I cannot find it at one store, I Have been known to visit another store just to find this brand. This brand makes my taco taste more authentic. I would definitely recommend this old Elpaso brand to a friend.

Flavor and color not the same. I used to remark that old El Paso had the same great flavor and never changed. Have been enjoying for 50 years, but will not repurchase now. The seasoning changed and the taco shells burn in an instant in the toaster oven. First time in my life I didn’t enjoy taco night. My hubby was looking forward to the tacos, he’s going to hate them now. Even if you change back, how would you get the word out to your lost customers? Tastes like salt and red chili powder. No flavor at all. A real loss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tacobout amazing! This stuff is stellar. I now see why my boy and world renown ukulele performance, Caleb was so indulged in this stuff. Only reason it’s not 5 stars…I promised me mum I’d never rate anything better than her special seasoning. Love ya mum. Please keep me in your prayers

I made some tacos and used Old El Paso taco seasoning. I, along with my mother could not find instructions on the package. On the back was some recipe using pineapple as an ingredient. It wasn't until "after" preparing the ground beef, draining and adding the taco seasoning and eating the tacos that I discovered a problem. The flavor was way too spicy. I got on line to see what the issue was and discovered I was supposed to add 2/3 cup water, bring to a boil and then simmer until it thickens.

I searched if the seasonings had a recipe change. I use the mild taco seasoning for many different things and the past month I can really taste a difference. The mild taco seasoningtastes less salty and more spicy. I cannot handle spice and I cannot eat the mild anymore. I'm very disappointed about this change. I am curious as to why it changed? Why change a good thing:(

I have ALWAYS used old El Paso taco seasoning but it is not the same anymore. I don’t know what changed but IT IS NOT GOOD. We love spicy food so it’s not that. Please go back to your old recipe and please inform people when you change it. I’ll be looking for something else in the meantime.

What happened to your product?? I just made a double batch as I always do and there is no flavor! It’s like there is a thickening agent but no spices! I actually pulled the taco seasoning packets out of the garbage to make sure I didn’t pull gravy mix or something. Also checked the expiration date, it’s fine, 2025! Is this an error in the recipe or did you change the recipe?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old El Paso taco seasoning is my favorite taco seasoning. Flavor is authentic restaurant taste. Have tried other taco seasonings. My family agrees this is the one for our taco dinners. We recommend this product.
