I finally replaced our first set of Bentgo boxes over the summer - our last ones survived more than 3 years with preschool boys in an outdoor school. I was shocked that they lasted as long as they did, we had alternate lunch boxes one year that didn’t even survive the full year. I’ll be sticking with these for the rest of my kids childhood, for sure.

The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

Love the boxes and the customer service is even better. I used these daily for my kids and after a year some did develop mold in the silicone top. I called customer service to see how best to clean this and they are helping with this problem. My kids love the boxes and keeps their lunch separated.

This lunchbox has been great for our 3-year-old. It's leak-proof and he can open and close it easily by himself. The compartments help us include a variety of foods to make lunchtime healthy and fun. Be sure to fully dry the lid each day (towel-dry and then air-dry overnight) to avoid mold. We had a problem with this, but the customer service was excellent.

I absolutely love love this lunchbox I pack lunch for my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The compartments sizes are perfect for big and average appetite.Things I love about it: 1- I can pack liquify stuff and IT DOES NOT LEAK 2- it allows my kids to have a variety of food 3-Super easy to clean for a busy mom/dad 4- Great for Portion Control 5-Kids can open and close it without help which is sometimes required in preschool 6-They have great designs too Definitely recommend especially that their customers service are really good and it has a 2 year warranty!

We love our Bentgo Kids Lunch Box! I've always wanted to do those adorable Bento boxes, but it seems so complicated and intimidating. But these lunch boxes make our kiddos lunches effortlessly cute and fun. This year (2nd grade) she has started to help in the lunch prep as well, it's been a wonderful life skill in nutrition, creativity, and portion control. The partitions make it a breeze, and even wet items like dips and sauces truly do stay separated from each other. This has been used daily for two years by a 6-8 year old, it's very sturdy! Can't say enough good things.

The closure tabs break in less than a year. I've had two so far and this has been the case for each, though now I'm learning that the outer shell should not go into the dishwasher. Fingers crossed that 3rd times the charm and handwashing keeps it lasting long! Besides that, the container is easy for my preschooler to use. We like how we can keep foods in their own separate spaces. The space for a sandwich is a little to small for a full-sized sandwich, but perfect for 1/2 a sandwich.

I have been using and loving the bentgo lunch boxes for my children. I’ve recently noticed something unusual on the rubber part in one of the two boxes that I have. I never put them in microwave or dishwasher, always hand wash them. I have a green one that I used about 1/3 more times than the blue one but the green one is not showing any signs like the blue. Other than that I love packing lunch for me children. Bentgos are a must have for anyone who packs a meals to school and/or work.

My kindergarten has a hard time bringing things home from school and the dividers have not returned half way into the school year. We contacted customer service to help us and they were awesome. I will buy these for my son when he goes to school too!

My both daughters have 2 Bentgo boxes each. They last forever! They wash well. I noticed when I washed it this last time around a piece that the latch clicks onto is breaking. I call Bentgo customer service, they are sending me a replacement box! Excellent products and fantastic customer service! My kids like their products so much with the colors!!!!
