This product is amazing! I purchased this for my toddler to use at daycare. The daycare actually suggested it. I love that the clips are easy for her little fingers to open and everything is in one place! She doesn’t have to open multiple things! I also love that the tray can easily be popped into the dishwasher! I love the portion size! It helps me to not send too much food! I’ve had friends have issues with the silicone portion (that seals the box on the top) staining when they send any kind of marinara sauce, but I’ve gotten around that! If I send anything that I think might stain the silicone on the box, I cover the top of tray with press-n-seal before closing and sealing the box. This way, the press-n-seal protects that silicone when you finally close the box to seal it. I always use a plastic wrap of some sort on the top of the tray before I close to seal the box! Note: press-n-seal works best for sauces. Make sure not to use the press-n-seal every time though! Rotate it between regular plastic wrap, because the press-n-seal will leave a sticky residue over time that you’ll need to scrub off. So, unless your sending a sauce, just use regular plastic wrap! This product is easy to clean, pack, and carry! It keeps the warm stuff warm and the cool stuff cool! I also love their customer support! They are super helpful with replacements if there is ever an issue! I called them about a replacement part for our Bentgo Fresh box and they had me taken care of so quickly! They were so incredibly kind and easy to work with! I don’t think I’ll ever use another product! At first, I was worried about the cost, but it’s definitely worth the money!

I have had 4 of these lunch boxes over the years for my children. They are easy to clean, adorable designs and fit the perfect amount for a 2-6 year old. When one box had issues with the latches breaking, the warranty team was wonderful and helped me to get a replacement order quickly and easily. I also love the backpack with the space perfectly fit for this lunch box. Great company.

It's so easy to make lunch: sandwich, fruit, veggie and goodie, all in one place. My son actually eats better this way. Thankful we have this lunch box. Customer service has been so helpful as well to fix a minor issue we had. Buying more for my other kids.

I use this lunchbox for my son in PK2, another in PK5, and 1st grader. It's compartment sizes are great and I like the extra divider that comes with it. They can go in the dishwasher which makes for easy cleanup. We use for both school days or days when we're out on the go!

We had this for our child's first year of school. It was well loved but unfortunately the case broke. I contacted customer support and they were quick to help sending a replacement right away. Glad to know a company that stands behind its product in this way. Would recommend.

I bought two of these and I am so pleased with them that I am buying several more! They are so convenient for my daughter’s lunches and I love having the different compartments. They hold more than they look and I can get creative with packing lunches.

As a mother we want the best for an our little ones. And I definitely wanted the best lunchbox for my little guys. After reading reviews I found this one to be best. Plus you get to chose from a variety of colors, objects and different makes. It’s durable and you can freeze the whole lunchbox and save yourself buying the extra ice packs.

My son really like his lunch box as it has lots of section. Over the school year, part of the rubber became black in one section and wouldn't come out. I reached out to the customer service support team and the representative was supportive in helping to get a new lunch box out to me. The process was very smooth and I am very appreciative to the representative.

My son has been using a Bentgo for years! He loves having all the compartments filled with different goodies and it is quite durable except very recently we did buy a new pair of Bentgo lunchboxes and my son somehow found a way to crack the bottom of it, my guess is it was with some force because of the thick well formed plastic but we weren’t given an explanation from the scholar as to how it happened. To remedy the situation I contacted Bentgo directly as it was still under the 2 year warranty and they got a new tray within a few days. We are quite satisfied with this product and plan to keep using it for years to come!

I used these lunchboxes for my pre-k and kindergarten girls. We have 2 of the boxes and it is a perfect set up to prep 2 lunches at a time and store them; I love that the girls are able to open & close the boxes without assistance and the bag is perfect for sending the box to school. The girls loved all the designs and had a difficult time picking their favorite. When one of the snaps broke, customer service was exceptional and quickly got a replacement in the mail to us We will be using these boxes for years to come!
