My daughter’s lunchbox had a leak. I contacted their support team, Abby replied the very next day, and received a replacement within a week. The entire process was quick, easy, and painless! I am very pleased with their product and service. The Bentgo Lunch Box is durable, easy to clean, the compartments keep the food servings from spiling over to the next, and it’s SUPER CUTE!!

We've used these for 2 kids and they are super-functional. Keeps all of the foods separate (a MANDATORY for our 7-year old), really easy to clean and no chance for any rusts of parts from frequent washing. We had one fall from a high shelf (8 feet) and the inside cracked -- customer service was super-responsive.

To test it out, I filled all three sections of the box with water, closed it up and gave it a good shaking. Not a drop of water leaked out. The plastic is thick and helps to keep the food inside insulated.

My daughter has been using her Bentgo lunch box for 5 months now and she LOVES it. She’s in pre-k and recess is a class. She accidentally dropped her Bentgo box and was upset when her Bentgo tray cracked. I contacted Bentgo and explain to them my situation, and there were generous enough to just replace the tray. I love that I can put a pb&j in one compartment and strawberry’s in another and they won’t leak into each other compartments! AWESOME lunch box!

I have three kids, 2,4,6 so one in elementary and two in day care. I use these every other day and the other bentgo alternating days. They’re great for sandwiches (half or whole), English muffin pizzas, wraps, and if you have cupcake liners (silicone or disposable) you can use them to separate into smaller sections for DIY lunchables. I say 4 stars because some days I like the removable divider and then other days I don’t. Plus my youngest wasn’t paying attention and threw it away one day. It holds more than enough food to fill up the kids. You can fit an applesauce pouch in the big compartment. I usually meal prep on the weekends and pack 2 days worth of lunches for the kids. The food is still fresh on Tuesday when I pack on Sunday. Great option for those who don’t want to deal with Tupperware and containers being sent to school and don’t want to waste money and kill the planet with baggies.

We use this almost every day for our daughter’s lunches. It even works great for dinners for kids who like everything separated. We just bought a second box to pack two lunches at a time and save us from making lunch every day. I’m even more amazed by their customer service when the latch on our first box broke. Juliene V was so helpful and prompt— seriously, this is the best service I’ve have experienced in years.

I love this lunch box. It is very convenient to pack my sons lunch daily. I would love to give it 5 stars but I have had a couple issues with the interior rubber of the box. Luckily Bentgo has great customer service and is helping me with my issues. I would recommend

Our family has 6 Bentgo Fresh containers! We purchased our first about six years ago, loved it so much we purchased the three pack. We love the versatility, leak proof spaces, and ease of cleaning. We also have owned 4 Bentgo lunch bags over the years. They are well made, and the customer service is very responsive!

I am so glad I discovered these lunch boxes! As a busy mom to three school age boys, anything that can make my mornings easier I am all for! After years of trying off brand bento style lunch boxes, a friend recommended bentgo. I am so impressed! They hold the perfect remount of food for 2 younger my kiddos (ages 6,8), cleaning them is such a breeze, they can easily open/close them and the best part they are LEAK PROOF! I’ve packed both dipping sauces and yogurt with no transfer or leakage. They fit perfectly into LLBEAN and wildkin lunchboxes, are lightweight but still quite sturdy and I love that they have a 2 year warranty (I know my kids are hard on stuff so that made the price even more worth it!). So instead of being like me and cycling through a million “off brand” boxes advertised we kids bentos… buy a bentgo and save yourself lots of time and frustration! There are so many bento style boxes on the market and as a mom and daycare provider these have been the only ones I use and recommend for years. Are there the occasional broken clips, absolutely, because life happens but that does not ever warrant not purchasing it because their customer service is amazing and quick to respond and help. 10/10 every time! We also use the salad bowls and original bentgo box too and love them.
