Cake was alittle dry and decorating on the cake looked very hurried. Not one of the better cakes ive had from Sams .

Having to ordrr on line was a hassle. A clerk still had to review my order had help with decorations. Just let customers order at the bakery.

The birthday cake was absolutely delicious. I will refer family and friends to Sams Club fir the best birthday cake at a very cheap price 😀

I asked for buttercream but received whipped icing instead. The cake was not finished. It did not have the borders, sprinkles or gumballs.

This was by far the best cake we have ever purchased! It was fresh , plenty of icing and down right delicious. Keep up the great work.

Ordered cake with specific color and verbiage. Verbiage was not as ordered. Communicated concerns and heard nothing.

Who ever made this cake did not put much effort into making it. One corner of the cake looked like it fell apart.

The decorations was beautiful, but the cake itself was very dry inside to have picked it up on the day of party, but beautiful
