I was a little leery about sleeping on gel. But have found it to be comfortable and provides a great night sleep. It was shipped quickly and in great condition. I would recommend this product to others.

so far we are very happy with the mattress it arrived in a timely fashion was easy to set up,my wife had complained about our previous mattress, that it hurt her back and neck and so far this one has alleviated the problem.

A gel mattress takes some getting used to. When you are sleeping in one spot as I do, the edges of the bed get much higher. You feel as if you have to climb over those edges to get out of bed. Good quality but a little pricey.

We almost forked out $4000 for a mattress. I slept so much better from day one! I am so glad we decided to get this mattress instead. We will probably end up buying a few more for the other bedrooms!

This was not only the best price we could find on a king mattress, but also came highly recommended. It's great. We slept on it the first night but note that it got significantly more firm after 48 hours, so wait to judge firmness until then.

Not QUITE as plush as I wanted. I'm 5'3" and 130 lb; I was hoping to really sink in. I do still sink in, just not as much as I hoped. Definitely still the second best mattress I've slept in!

Got this set up the night before last. Tried sleeping on it the first night and chalked up the discomfort to adjusting to a new mattress. Last night, literally the most uncomfortable I have ever been on a bed. I'm not sure where all the great reviews are coming from, but this is like sleeping on a slab of granite. Except the comfortable cooling you would get from stone is missing. This heap is hot. Really hot. And did I mention, hard? I woke up and wanted to fight somebody, I was so angry. This is worse than any bad hotel bed I have ever slept in. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Received Feb 2017. Cal King was sunken within 3 months and non supportive in torso. Back hurts. (We are 295 and 180 lbs, with injured backs.) It had no odor and popped up readily. Was not too firm. Just too soft in torso and humped. I almost think it had a hump when it arrived.

My husband and I bought this mattress as a replacement for a plush top coil spring mattress that was less than 10 years old. It arrived just as the company stated and I followed all recommended actions to insure maximum comfort (allowed bed to completely inflate and air out for 48 hours before sleeping on it). In addition, I walked all over the top of the bed to make sure each cell was fully opened. The bed was comfortable from the first night we slept on it; however we felt like it took approximately 3-4 days of sleeping on the bed to completely adjust to the difference between it and our coil spring mattress. We noticed that our body's no longer ached in all the familiar places after a night of sleeping as well. This was a major reason we decided to purchase the bed and are so glad that it held true to reviews. We had 2 significant concerns prior to purchasing this type of bed: sleeping too hot; and disruption of intimate moments due to the "sinking" nature of the bed. We are thankful that neither of these concerns has warranted further thought or discussion. We don't sleep any warmer than we had on the coil mattress and our intimate times are just as enjoyable as they were as well. After owning this bed for 3 months we are really pleased with this purchase and I envision future purchases of this same bed to replace our children's and guest beds currently being used.
