The mattress is very comfortable and doesn't retain body heat like my husband thought it would. We are both now waking to less aches and pains than we had with our old mattress...but it was a very old mattress! You have to learn how to sit on the side of the bed as the foam mattress isn't as stable on the edges as a regular mattress...just sit up higher than usual.

I'm 6'2 and 280 lbs so finding the right mattress is important. I have just been through open heart surgery in the past eight weeks and wanted a firm supporting bed because I was up and down every couple of hours. Our ages are 72 & 62 and our old mattress long needed to be replaced. We felt comfortable making this purchase from reading the reviews. We had no problem in removing from the packaging and getting it on the bed. It is very comfortable but is a little soft along the edge so if you are used to sitting on the edge of the bed. We have only had it about a week but we really love it so far. We slept on it the first night and it was very comfortable.

Promptly delivered. Box was destroyed but mattress was not damaged. Unlike others reviewing here, I did not notice any unpleasant off gassing as the mattress aired out and slept on it the first night. Mattress is very soft for the first few inches but very supportive. I am a big guy- 240 lbs who sleeps on my stomach, back and side. I have slept great, but my wife is having problems sleeping on her stomach. We are both sore from moving and working on the house, so it is hard to tell how well it really sleeps. So far, so good. A friend bought a mattress from Sams that had over 600 positive reviews, and he loves it. That mattress is no longer available, but this is the top mattress available. Hopefully it is just as good, and we will be just as happy in the long run.

I am not hard to please and this bed seems to be everything I needed. New King mattress on top of two twin box springs. Bed needed to air out for 2 days, and still has a very faint smell after one week. At first impression you would think the mattress would be very soft, but the opposite is true. It is just right for me. 6' 210lbs. I wake up refreshed and with the sensation that I did not move all night long. No more backaches in the morning from my tired old mattress. Lots of support and the mattress mildly forms around you. Medium Firm is how I would express the softness. Good value. Would recommend.

The mattress seems to be of high quality and being 13"s thick looks good on the bed. The only drawback that I have is that it is not firm enough, it was stated as medium firm and I would call it medium. Looks like it will last a long time; overall was a good purchase.

I had pretty high hopes for this mattress after I read all the positive reviews. We were planning on getting a mattress that was similar but $700 more. I decided to go with my gut and order this one instead. I'm so happy with my purchase. This is definitely a soft mattress. People who say it is firm have to be the ones who like the ultra plush feel. You will definitely sink in but it conforms to your body just perfect. If you like it firm and to have no give, you won't like this at all. One of the best sleeps I've had in years!!! It only took about 45 min-1 hr to reach full height. It went up to 11 inch as soon as we opened the box. There is a slight smell if you actually go up to the mattress and smell it but it left no smell in the air. Once we get a bigger place this will definitely be the mattress we'll be buying. For the money it is truly a steal!

We tried to sleep on the mattress for 3 weeks. I had severe neck and hip pain and my husband had back pain. We really tried to like it but it was like sleeping on the concrete floor at Sam's. I have to say, they were super nice about taking the mattress back.

I bought this bed to replace an 8 year old pillow top. I bought a previous memory foam mattress by this same company (I believe) from Sam's for a guest bedroom over a year ago. After sleeping on it many nights, I realized how comfortable the mattress really was and the price was great. I was a little reluctant to buy this not having tried it out or seeing it in person. But since my previous purchase turned out OK, I went for it. Unpacking, airing it out, etc. all went as you would expect. I've slept on this mattress for about 3 months now. The first month, it was pretty firm. Not hard, but very firm. Now, it is still firm but not as firm. I find it to be a good compromise between firm and soft. I'm 6' and 190lbs. My girlfriend loves it. She's 5'3" and 115lbs. My 9 month old son sleeps between us and he loves it too. The way I see it, if this mattress lasts 3-4 years, it's worth every penny. I fully expect it to last longer. The price point, comfort level and quality can't be beat.
