Great mattress. Very comfortable cooler than you think. Need to get a memory foam cool gel pillow to maximize the effects of the mattress. It is a combination of firm and soft. Firm to the touch but soft when you get in but the memory foam fits your body great. I would recommend getting box springs if you want to sleep higher. The delivery was awful not sams fault but fed ex. It comes in three pieces and they may not come together as mine didn't. I had to go pick it up myself from the fed ex place after stating it was on the way, then i checked three hours later and it was returned to the warehouse! Very frustrating. But the mattress itself is great. Probably will get one for my daughter now. It has a little smell but not bad. Good to sleep on the first night, but airing it out more i would reccommend.

What we received is a shock considering all the GREAT reviews on this mattress. It is extremely soft and squishy. I would say it is quite close to a water bed in it's lack of structure. When you lay on it, you feel as if you are in a hammock. There is NO SITTING on it, without bottoming out and I don't mean just along the edges. If you sit with pillows propped up, as in watching TV or reading, your backside bottoms out and you are sitting in a hole. I am wondering if it is defective. I did see someone else who called it a hammock, and thought perhaps they were just hyper-critical. But NOW I will say I believe them! And, perhaps we just got one that came out of a bad batch in production. It's really hard for us because we are not physically able to return it to Sam's Club. I suffer from a back injury. Now, I have to sleep in a back brace, because without it, I can't sleep in this bed at all! I really think that if I was 20 and in perfect health I would feel the same about this mattress. My advice is to move on and don't buy it.

I bought my original queen Foam Mattress from Sam's 3 years ago and loved it. So, when I recently upgraded to a king size bed I was going to buy the same one. Then I saw the Night Therapy MyGel and read all the reviews. Hmmm, should I go with the one I already experienced and loved or try the one so many people were raving about? It took me 3 months to decide between the two. I'm very happy to say I decided on the Night Therapy MyGel 13". I've had it now for several months and thank myself every night when I go to bed. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever had. Now, when I go on trips, I can't wait to get back home to my bed. I sleep very well now and have no aches or pains when I wake up. I do have to say, if you order the king, have help when it arrives as it's quite heavy to move on your own.

Had this mattress for 3 weeks, best sleep I've had in 3 years! Minimal odor, a few hours and the bed was ready for use, love it! When I lie on it, it doesn't seem that comfortable, but for me it is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. It has been a long time since I've slept all night without waking up. No idea its longevity, time will tell.

Dollar for dollar a very good buy. ship in 5 days in house. It is a tad warmer then our old bed but ,its your own body HEAT that makes it warmer.

Many back surgeries, was going to spend thousands on a new mattress but decided to try this first. Results have been amazing. I am now able to sleep through the night without pain waking me up. Going to get a queen one to go in our camping trailer next!

We bought this to replace a 20 year old mattress. My wife and I were both having problems with our backs. So we decided to replace the mattress with a foam mattress from Night Therapy. This would be the 4th mattress we purchased from Sam's Club as three of our kids have the full size mattresses. We had slept on the kids mattresses and thought they felt just right. However when this mattress came it was just too soft. Both of us feel like were sleeping on a "gag" mattress with our feet and heads in the air and our behinds sinking deeply into the mattress. We hope that feeling goes away but only time will tell. We would recommend the other mattress we have purchased but not this one.

We've had this mattress for a bit over a week and it is amazingly comfortable. It arrived quickly, was easy to set up with two people, and there was minimal odor that dissipated in a few hours. Every portion of our bodies is supported and we are no longer waking up stiff with back and shoulder pain. Couldn't be more pleased!

Have had the Night Therapy Elite 13" MyGel Prestige Memory Foam Mattress -King for about 3 months now and it is a very comfortable mattress, my lower back no longer aches as it did on our old spring mattress. It does sleep a bit warmer than our spring mattress but not by much. The biggest issue I had was after letting it air out for 3 days in a spare bedroom, it still smelled pretty strongly. It took close to a month for the smell to fade completely. I would definitely recommend this mattress but be prepared for the smell to linger for a while.

I thought I would write a review since I read most all reviews before purchasing. I did about five hours of research before finding this mattress at Sam's. I didn't want to spend thousands on a mattress because what if I didn't like it? This mattress was under $1,000 and it's money well spent. The mattress came rolled up in a large box. Assembly was easy as we used our existing box spring so we just needed to remove the plastic wrap and it expanded quickly. In fact, we rolled it out around 5 p.m. and slept on it the same night as it appeared to be just fine; which it was. Odor: Many people commented about an odor. My husband and I never smelled anything at all. My husband was having back problems with our pillow top mattress because we both were sleeping in holes. He kept wanting to rotate the mattress, but then that meant I was sleeping in his hole which wasn't an option for me. :-) He has expressed to me that his back no longer hurts so I can only imagine that it's because of our new mattress. The 13" mattress fits our current sheets and we are using our same mattress cover. I did purchase some memory foam pillows prior to our mattress arriving, but it's not necessary as our "old" pillows work just fine. I would recommend this mattress because you experience a quality mattress at a reduced price.
