I purchased 4-$50.00 Gift Cards at the Lima,Ohio GC in December of 2018. 2 of the Cards had been depleted by fraud when I tried to use them($100 loss)Golden Corral admit that there was fraud in the Gift Cards, but Corporate or the Lima Store will not make it right..I use to go there weekly. Haven't been back for several weeks.

Last December (2019), I purchased $200 worth of these Gift Cards. When Covid hit our closest location closed, and the one in Logan, Utah, also closed. So Sad! I thought I would be stuck with these, however, Sams Club did exchange these for other Gift Cards. Thank YOU, Sams Club!

Unfortunate cost cutting environment that is very evident: No strawberries, no icecream machine, poor selection of fresh fruit, sauteed mushrooms infrequently replenished, only one manager instead of two, and the local manager told me, in effect, this is the way corporate wants it. Not recommended.

We use the cards in the restaurant.The other cards went through with no problem. However, one card was denied even though it shows $25 balance. Called the customer service number, no live person to help you, only automatic service. No where to report the problem. Terrible.
