I cook them eight at a time, just for my home, personal use, about enough to last for a week or so at a time. When cooled to room temperature I put them in a ziplock bag. I've let them rise and cooked them ten different ways and have never had a bad batch.

I can’t wait until they restock these! Superb flavor and chewy texture. Allow to warm/rise in a proofing box or warm kitchen with a towel over them and then bake at 350 for 15/20 minutes. Brush with butter and honey and it’s the best thing since sliced bread 🤣

Great value, versatile, delicioua, and easy to prepare.

Only gave commercial oven directions. I let the dough rise at room temperature since I didn't have the equipment required. End product tasted like a loaf of regular white bread. Not sure how to get that chewy texture
