They kind of scared me at first with none of the right equipment. Watched YouTube to figure it out and surprise surprise everything worked out fine. Getting another case this month. Oh ya I'm not home 65 yr old male.

I cook them eight at a time, just for my home, personal use, about enough to last for a week or so at a time. When cooled to room temperature I put them in a ziplock bag. I've let them rise and cooked them ten different ways and have never had a bad batch.

If you have the time to allow the bread to rise then these are the way to go. They are delicious and it's a great price!

I can’t wait until they restock these! Superb flavor and chewy texture. Allow to warm/rise in a proofing box or warm kitchen with a towel over them and then bake at 350 for 15/20 minutes. Brush with butter and honey and it’s the best thing since sliced bread 🤣

These make a great mini bread loaf. I use the proof cycle in my oven & then bake them off. Great to have on hand when ever you need fresh bread or rolls. But I would be remiss to not point out when I make them they taste & look nothing like what the Erie Pa Sams Club Hoagie turn out. I just put the frozen ones into gallon freezer bags, When ready to use I thaw & bake on parchment paper.
