Not what I expected compared to other Cajun seasonings. Won't purchase again.

Great product. Sodium level is low and flavor is great.

We love this seasoning when we can find it! We use it to make Creamy Crawfish Sauce for our Blackened Catfish Plate and it goes in our Cornmeal Dredge for Fried Catfish. It is great because it is not too salty.

I feel the price I paid was good considering I was getting 22 oz of seasoning. However, I did not like the flavor at all of this seasoning. I like cajun seasoning but this flavor by Tone's was not to my liking. I'm not sure what missing from the blend, but there was nothing I could do or add to the seasoning to make it taste better. Thus, I will use it sparingly in my dishes just to get rid of it. I will not be buying another bottle.

I bought this because I got a free sample in my last order and used it to make the best pizza sauce ever!!!! I mix a can of tomato paste with enough tomato or pasta sauce (just enough to thin it to the right consistancy) then add the tones cajun seasoning to desired taste. I spread it on sam's choice whole wheat greek style pita bread, add toppings and mozzarella cheese, heat it in my toaster oven and it makes the best healthy pizza!!!! It great for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal when I'm short of time.

If you enjoy the kick of salt from your cajun seasoning, this one isn't the answer. Good flavor, but just add salt to make it better. Alternatives all favor salt.
