I had been using this seasoning to bake fish for many years and I am very satisfied with it.

Best Cajun seasoning around! We used to buy it all the time! But I can't find it online or in store anymore. Hoping they bring it back.

I use Tone spices almost everyday. This is a nice Cajun blend. I add crushed red pepper to give it some added heat.
