There are a number of factors that may affect the float time of a balloon, including using balloons other than those supplied with the helium kits, the type of balloon being used, under- or over-inflating the balloon, as well as external factors such as temperature, humidity and altitude. Using larger-sized balloons, or over-inflating your balloons, will result in a lower amount of balloons that can be inflated.
