[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the relax soft white HD 40 watt equivalent ceiling fan bulbs and I am very impressed because I bought these a couple months ago and they have not blown out there still just as bright as the very first day I put them in and they are a great quality and a very good value with price plus I recommend everyone trying the ceiling fan light bulbs

They fit perfectly and give off enough light, yet are not too bright to go blind when you look at it. Highly recommend these bulbs for all your ceiling fans.

The light is not real bright that blinds you but it is bright enough to light up the room with a soft but bright light. A big pro is that being LED, it saves energy and last a long time so there is no need to replace bulbs often. Very happy with them and will get more to replace other bulbs around the house.

I bought these in the summer and 2 have already blown. LED lights are supposed to save money so, I spent more to change out my lights, but the savings is already blown. The others will have to NEVER blow in order for me to come close to saving the amount in electricity for other types of bulbs. I put the old incandescent back in until I can get more CFL lights. Those blow about once every two years, but not in two months. Not happy with LED bulbs. So for you eco friendly savers, you may be lucky, but I am not. The savings is not there.

This bulb emits a subtle warm light that is much better on my eyes while I am reading than the previous bulb. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a 1W white light bulb.

The guaranteed to last 5 years (based on 3 hours a day) is really nice too. Dimmable feature is nice but my light isn't dimmable yet. I bet that would make it last even longer. Overall really happy with this soft white light bulb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These 40 watt light bulbs by GE are wonderful.I screwed it in my kids room ceiling fan and it was very bright light. So adding both of them together improved brightness to this room much better from before.My son loves it now he can see better doing his homework.Would consider purchasing this product and would gladly recommend.

I had normal non-led lights in my fan, and they can be blinding and kind of casts a yellowish hue to the room. These warm white LED bulbs are perfect and give off just the right amount of light without making the room too bright. They have a bright but soft glow, without that yellowish hue. I love the tinier bulbs, they look much better in a ceiling fan than the normal sized bigger bulbs. They are also dimmable which is so great for my early morning when I only need a little light!
