I've had good and bad luck with tires over the years, not discriminate to brand. But Michelin & Me got a good thing going! Purchased the A/T 2s in Nov.'07 for my 2005 Lariat. Driven in all weather from Florida (rain) to N.Dakota(snow) to Calli(mud/snow). I've used the tires for the purpose intended & have had great success. With "NORMAL" driving habits, just turned 80K in Sept. of this yr. These tires were not cheap,but It's been $$$ back in my pocket since 40-50K. My intent was to get as much wear as possible out of them. Rotate every 5K (-ish), and spin balance every 10K. I will definitely re-shoe with the A/T2s. I do see very slight cracking from age, but still have plenty of tread left. I'm good for another 10K, but watch them closely now & wont go any further than that. Pros: -handle & brake well on wet hwy -comfortable ride -they dont throw rocks -roll quiet down the hwy Cons: -no promotion for this tire. I'm thinkin' it's price. Dealers are more motivated to sell quantity over quality. -tires are rated for 80psig...ride's a little rough. Dropped to 68psig. Smoother ride without compromise in performance. That's my review. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. The wear has been even, I have rotated the tires as recommended, but never had to balance them. I use my truck for a variety of hauling that require excellence in performance and safety. Whether it's a gooseneck trailer over loaded or hauling expensive cars across the USA, I have put these tires to the test and have found excellent results. The tire I use of my GMC 2500 HD is the 285/75/R16E LTX A/T2. I have over 130000 miles on this set. They are rated for 60000. The cost is the only challenge I have for this tire. My peace of mind however removes most of my negatives.

This tire is another fantastic tire from Michelin. I installed them on my Isuzu Ascender and with 25,000 miles they still look and perform like brand new. They are excellent in both wet weather and snow. I don't typically go off roading so I can't attest to their off road abilities, but they are the best tire for the money for my use. While certainly not the cheapest alternative, they more then pay for themselves with their longevity. I have previously had the original AT tires and got in excess of 75,000 miles and they still passed state inspection.

Best tires I"ve ever bought. I used to have a fleet for my busines, and have bought a lot of tires. These are still running strong after several years. I have replaced 2 sets of tires on my truck with only one set of Michelins on the Explorer!!! And the Explorer has about 80,000 more miles on it!1 I am going for Michelins for the truck next time! I would not just recommend these to everyone, I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!

I thought these tires were pretty good...that is until I was told that at 35,000 miles they needed to be replaced due to wear. Are my expectation to high...am I foolish to think that a tire that is thought to be good for 60,000 miles would last a little longer than 35,000 miles.

I made sure Michelins were on my new truck when I bought it because I have always had great use from them. I have 18 thousand miles on my truck that is 10 months old with the all terrain 2 and they need replaced as the water channels are worn flat in spots.

Bought these for my 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab (275/60 20) less than 2 years ago. They barely have 18,000 miles on them. Rotated every 5k. Show even wear, but they don't appear to be safe for this winter. The outside grove is nearly gone (tread is not as deep on shoulders).

I have found thru the years that Michelin tires are the best. I have had other brands that didn't last as stated. So now I will only put Michelin tires on my automobiles. This also is the brand I have on my Class A motorhome.The tires give me a great ride and improves my gas mileage. The tires last and wear well.

After being disappointed in the factory set of tires that came on my Tahoe when I purchased it new. I was looking for a tire that performed well in all seasons, lasted more than 20,000 miles, improved ride and handling, and lasted at least 60,000 miles. Being so estaticly impressed after close to 80,000 miles of use that included checks in all my boxes and a improvement in gas mileage I purchased my second set that boasts a longer lasting tire. I have no doubt my Michilens will continue to impress and hopefully lead to my third set!

67K miles on my '05 Tahoe and they still look and feel good. 28K miles on my '11 F-350 Diesel, pulling a 12K 5th wheel with total confidence. 34K miles on my wifes Camray. All with Michelin Tires. I've been buying Michlelin's since 1991 and never had any problems and don't expect any. When you live in SE Texas and the summer heat is unbearable, You don't gamble with tires.
