I chose Michelin tires because of their reputation. I drive an SUV where the winters can be challenging. I'm impressed with the performance of these tires in the rain and snow. The gripping and stopping ability give me confidence that I will maintain control of my vehicle. My wife has leased many vehicles over the years, and her vehicles always came equipped with Michelin tires. I am happy to say " now I travel on Michelin's". In my opinion they are worth the money I spent.

I use my truck, hence the tires, to pull stock trailers and business trailers. The tires handle the weight, road conditions, and environmental conditions. They handle the wet roads really well. I have driven through extreme wet conditions this year and not once has it felt like I was going to hydroplane. Pulling heavy loads is not an issue with these tires. I would recommend tires to anyone.

ThIs tire came highly recommended by a good friend at a large tire shop. While this is not the quietest tire I have ever purchased it is still VERY quiet for the incredible aggressive off road design. I have been advised that they are a very high mileage tire and expect it to continue to be great!

I have had these tires on my GMC 2500HD pickup for about 4 years. My main 2 criteria when purchasing tires were tread life and traction in snow. I snowmobile and plow, and therefore must have good snow tires. I am pleased with the traction in snow and find the side tread helpful, and so far have about 60,000 miles on them. I've seen some reviews showing 80,000 miles on this model tire, but not sure ill get there. I will likely need to replace them next year around 70,000. Still good life for a truck tire!

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. The wear has been even, I have rotated the tires as recommended, but never had to balance them. I use my truck for a variety of hauling that require excellence in performance and safety. Whether it's a gooseneck trailer over loaded or hauling expensive cars across the USA, I have put these tires to the test and have found excellent results. The tire I use of my GMC 2500 HD is the 285/75/R16E LTX A/T2. I have over 130000 miles on this set. They are rated for 60000. The cost is the only challenge I have for this tire. My peace of mind however removes most of my negatives.

Best tires I"ve ever bought. I used to have a fleet for my busines, and have bought a lot of tires. These are still running strong after several years. I have replaced 2 sets of tires on my truck with only one set of Michelins on the Explorer!!! And the Explorer has about 80,000 more miles on it!1 I am going for Michelins for the truck next time! I would not just recommend these to everyone, I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!

I am a volunteer Firefighter and get called out in all weather conditions,it's great to know that I can trust that I can get to the station to help others in need. Not only are they a great tire in snow and wet pavement but I can be confident off the road and down some rough lanes. These Michelin tires are also much more quiet than my previous tires and hold the road better. My wife and I were considering selling the vehicle before we changed to Michelin tires because of the ride, but when we put on the Michelin tires it made a world of difference.

I've had good and bad luck with tires over the years, not discriminate to brand. But Michelin & Me got a good thing going! Purchased the A/T 2s in Nov.'07 for my 2005 Lariat. Driven in all weather from Florida (rain) to N.Dakota(snow) to Calli(mud/snow). I've used the tires for the purpose intended & have had great success. With "NORMAL" driving habits, just turned 80K in Sept. of this yr. These tires were not cheap,but It's been $$$ back in my pocket since 40-50K. My intent was to get as much wear as possible out of them. Rotate every 5K (-ish), and spin balance every 10K. I will definitely re-shoe with the A/T2s. I do see very slight cracking from age, but still have plenty of tread left. I'm good for another 10K, but watch them closely now & wont go any further than that. Pros: -handle & brake well on wet hwy -comfortable ride -they dont throw rocks -roll quiet down the hwy Cons: -no promotion for this tire. I'm thinkin' it's price. Dealers are more motivated to sell quantity over quality. -tires are rated for 80psig...ride's a little rough. Dropped to 68psig. Smoother ride without compromise in performance. That's my review. We have been using LTX "E" series tires since the first tread design, on our 2004 3500 Chevy 15 passenger Express. I don't trust any other tire for my family. I can live with the minor noise these tires create. This tire can also handle very heavy loads with no noticeable change in handling characteristics.

I love these tires! I was in heavy rain and stop and go traffic and not once did I lose traction when taking off. My bf goodrich all terrain tires would spin every time! These Michelin tires are quiet and very smooth riding. My bfg tires would vibrate and shake at around 70 mph. These michelin tires at 85-90 mph there is no vibration/ shaking at all! I think I will be buying these Michelin tires from now on! Love them!
