I suppose it is okay.  I have had no had no ill effects from it that I know of.

I like this product because it's easy to take.

It has helped my cholesterol levels since I've been taking it for several years now. I recommend it to everyone to try because it's better than taking the regular fish oil. After just 6 months my levels were way better than when I was just taking the fish oil. These don't give the after taste either.
