Always check with your doctor before use..I have had high cholesterol and triglycerides most my adult life and I take 3 grams of krill oil daily..Its has lowered total cholesterol and triglycerides more effectively than the same dose of regular fish oil and none of that fishy after taste I use to get.I really like this product and higly recommend .Member's Mark Extra-Strength 100% Pure Omega-3 Krill Oil, 500mg (160 ct.).

The health benefits from this Krill oil are for Heart, eyes, brain function and joints. I have been taking these for a couple weeks now and they are not hard to swallow for me at all because they are smaller than what I've taken before and no fishy smell or taste from them at all.

Plus it’s only 1 soft gel versus having to take a few. This one is extra strength and easy absorption. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Member's Mark extra strength krill oil. I used to take fish oil, but it left a weird taste and smell in my mouth and on my body. I loved the benefits, but the odor was just off-putting. Member's Mark krill oil does not leave a foul smell to my skin, or in my mouth. I also notice that my hair seems to be shinier and it feels thicker since taking the krill oil. I have occasional joint pain, but this seems to have been lessened since starting on this krill oil. I am very happy with the results, so far. I feel like krill oil from Member's Mark is a definite benefit to my health. I recommend this brand, and krill oil to everyone seeking improvements to their overall health.

From your heart health, to skin and hair, to just getting those antioxidants and omega in you they really pack a punch. The problem I face is the fish smell gags me, especially if one of those gross little capsules breaks open. These actually don't even have a smell to them so I can take them much easier without gagging.
