You need to replace the word "SWEET" for HOT!!!!

I was very impressed with the freshness and the size of these onions, and I was able to use every last one of them. There was not one bad one and they lasted a very long time. I will definitely buy these again!

In the summertime I keep my apartment at 80°F with air conditioning, even with air conditioning we have humidity issues. I keep them in the bag they came with in a well ventilated area in my apartment. In contrast valida onions start to go within a month. These also have a good storage life in the refrigerator, slicing them and storing them in glass Pyrex on a paper towel, they last almost a couple of weeks. They have a really good flavor not overwhelmingly sweet and with the onions lasting longer than other sweet onions results in less food waste.

I normally buy the cheapest yellow onions I can find, but occasionally I like to spend just a little bit more and get a red or a white onion. These red onions are excellent. They are large sized so that I only need to prepare one for most recipes (large cooking quantities) and they are sweeter than a normal yellow is. While these work well cooked into any recipe, I especially like them as a fresh onion such as with a salad or on a hamburger.

The three stars are because this is classified as a SWEET onion. It is NOT sweet at all. NO sweetness. It is a fine onion but it is onion specific flavor and not a hint of sweetness.
