It wasn't too bad. It was good enough for a quick fix. It tasted like oversized fish sticks. It wasn't worth the price. It is best make your own instead of premade.

Some of the filets had tough grissle-like strips through them which were not able to be cut through. My husband asked where the fish was from, then suggested we not purchase again

For not eating fried foods. These are perfect. Bring them in the air fryer or putting them on a small rack in the oven that crisp up really nice. Taste really good for being a beer batter fish that you don't have to fry.

I'm not sure this was really Cod. It tasted fishy. I will not buy again, and in fact would throw out the uneaten fillets, except my husband said he would probably eat them.

I like that they are not farm raised, making them a higher quality source of food. I turn them over half-way through the cooking process, this makes them crispier.
