The fillets cooked well but was a little dry cookijg according to instructions. Adjusted the second batch and they were ok.

These taste really good. I cook them in the air fryer. Pretty good deal if they are on sale. They are very greasy though, even in the air fryer

Compared fresh home or restaurant fish only a 3 or 4. Compared to frozen fish I would give this a 5.
