The taste and quality codfish is so very good. This is a quick meal to cook. Serve it with potaoes or even quicker, make a sandwich.

Better than most when it comes to cod : breading tatio. Could taste the beer. More cod to be perfect.

Terrific, easy-to-make dinner. Mild flavor. Crispy not soggy. Good served with vegetables or as a sandwich with tartar sauce.

Unfortunately, my partner cannot properly digest canola oil. These fillets formerly were made with other cooking oils.

It takes two to even make a decent 'supper sandwich' on a large burger bun, so I do wish the filets were twice the size.

When cooked to the longer end, this fish gets crispy like restaurants. I dont like fish but I love this!
