Mushy after being cooked

We have purchased this item before, and it seemed fine. However, the most recent purchase got everyone who consumed it sick. Not just a little stomachache. It was a borderline ER-visit type of sick. So we cannot recommend this to another member at this time.

Dense and chewing

As another reviewer wrote, the Air Fryer cook time of 9 minutes @390 degrees is incorrect. I cooked 3 pieces and set it and the first fish I ate was raw inside. I hope I don't get sick, I just finished now. I put the other two back and cooked them another 2 minutes @400 degrees but it still was not enough. I would say they need to be cooked 13-15 minutes. This was a real turn off.

I wanted to add more fish into my everyday diet. These made great fish sandwiches! I made a batch of homemade tartar sauce to add on it. Now if I could find where to buy rye hamburger buns I could enjoy the kind of fish sandwiches I grew up on! Fish on rye, extra tartar sauce! These will be a staple in my freezer!

These were really good - there were a lot of filets in the bag and they batter stayed on them. We cooked them in the air fryer and its something the kids can do for themselves too. They had a good flavor - not that odd frozen fishy taste. The filets were a bit smaller than i anticipated but they were thick in size - all in all we liked them and will be buying them again. They are a better price value than ones I have seen at competitors.

These cod filets are really good,they're also pretty affordable too.My only tiny complaint is that I wish they'd make these in a crunchy tempura style breading instead of the beer-batter breading.I hope they get other varieties of seafood too like a Members Mark coconut shrimp for example.

Delicious. I line my air fryer with some aluminum foil, spray a little cooking spray on it, put that fish on it, spray some more cooking spray on the fish and air fry straight from the freezer for 20 minutes. After that, sprinkle a little himalaya pink sea salt ... so good with a dab of hot sauce and some drizzles of ketchup. Crispy and delicious. The inside tender and fresh tasting for frozen. Check it out y'all.

Sam's club used to carry a battered cod in a red, yellow, and white box; could you please try to bring that version back, it was the only fish my son would eat? My husband is a Marine who will eat just about anything, & he wouldn't touch this current version of your beer-battered cod with a ten foot pole.
