Gotta be some of the best battered fish I've eaten outside of London, right at home in Louisiana. The box says 2 fillets are a serving, yeah, don't do that, these fillets are relatively large, 1 is more than enough. Do fish and chips at home, so good. I put them in my airfryer microwave for 16 minutes and let them sit in the oven for about 5 minutes after it times out.

I cooked six pieces of this fish. Have photos of the hard gray skin areas that we couldn't even chew from three of the pieces, plus about a one inch piece of (not flimsy) bone. We plan to throw the remainder of the box in the trash. First time I've had a bad experience with a MM product. So disappointed!

I bought this for the 1st time this morning, we love it! There is about 15- 16 pieces per package. Has a nice crunch when you bite into it. No fishy flavor to the fillets as most fish does. Great for heart patients if cooking in the air fryer. Will be buying this again!

After not having their beer battered cod fillets for a while, we were happy to see them available again. Unfortunately, their "new formulation" is a total disappointment and doesn't measure up to the previous product. The taste is very bland and had to be slathered with tartar sauce to be decent. Plus there was an odd, unpleasant taste that was difficult to describe until I saw another reviewer mention that it contains aluminum. That has to be the odd taste. Additionally, I am not happy that the package says it is "Processed in the USA" intentionally avoiding mentioning the source of the ingredients. We deserve to know where our food originated. I will not knowingly consume any food items from China, and I suspect that is where most of the ingredients were acquired. We will be purchasing beer battered cod fillets elsewhere from now on.

I bought this item about 3 weeks ago but it came in a white box. My first batch was cooked in my airfryer under the recommended time and heat settings on the box. 2nd batch was in the air fryer again in the bake/roast setting (higher temp,450) and much longer time. With both cooking methods the fish was soggy as heck, the batter was falling apart and coming off the fish and the fish was bland and tasteless. An absolute waste of money. You can also fry it in a deep fryer but I don't have one and I know it's not going to come out much different. One of the worst products I have ever gotten from Sam's Club.

Eve though it was the same box the fish was very different. The other fish I purchased in the same box were all the same size. The batter was very different. Before the breading was very crispy when cooked according to the box. This breading was soft and never got crispy. We were very disappointed and fed it to our cats.

We have been buying these for a couple years and they have been great until recently. Something has changed with the recipe and we will no longer be our chasing these. I have 4 boxes in the freezer that nobody wants to eat. Bring the old recipe back.

The directions basically have us cook these small fish pieces into more than half the size they started. It turns the breading too dark of brown, the fish turns dry, and extremely overcooked. The fish itself is without flavor, but the breading is seasoned ok. I won't purchase this again.

These are about as good as you can get for frozen breaded fish. It was a good portion of actual fish instead of all breading like most other brands. I didn’t taste any beer flavor to the batter but that’s ok. I used tartar sauce. I cooked them in the air fryer and they were nice and crispy.

Ate this for years until about a year ago they changed this to be insanely oversalted to the point of being disgusting. Thought it was just one batch so I bought another one in a different state and same issue. Even a family member that eats way too salty complained about how bad it is.
