Better and a big bigger than most frozen cod fillets. I've bought it twice now since Lent began.

It's fish fillets were very greasy and had lots of bones in them. Will not buy again

Got these fillets to compare them with Groton’s fillets. I air fry them and they were way too greasy. They also like the brand name ones had too much breading and not enough meat. I won’t buy either of them again.

Greasy, heavily breaded fillets

Tastes great. Ovens vary, I have to lower by 5 degrees so it doesn’t get too dark. I place the fish on parchment paper with avocado oil sprayed over all.
