We’re so happy with the service we received from Lifetime. We’ve had our 12 chairs for a few years and one chair lost its caps. I got online and found that Lifetime had cap replacements. I called and they were delivered within a week at no charge. What a great American company!

We have both 6' rounds and plastic chairs. We have had them for quite awhile. First they have lasted, which in this day and age is a marvel. The best thing is how they stand behind their product. Three times we have had parts that needed replacing and EVERY time they have come through. At their cost. This is remarkable and one of the reasons that they are at the top of our list.

I bought the lifetime table and 8 folding chairs many years ago. They have served me flawlessly and probably will till I am gone from this earth. Recently my daughter borrowed them for a outdoor party and when she returned them one of the chairs was missing the end cap on the leg. All I did was request if I could purchase a spare and the customer service rep went out of their way to send me free replacements. How can I tell you how grateful I am that I purchased this quality product and have people who will stand behind it with impeccable service.

Have been using these chairs since I received them a few weeks ago. Very satisfied with the purchase. They are comfortable, lightweight and very sturdy. Durable material. I'll be sure to order more of this same brand/style should I need more for my everyday use.

After MANY years of service at our church, several of our Lifetime folding chairs had lost the plastic feet causing the chairs to wobble. One 5 minute call to Lifetime solved the problem with the associate verifying the model number and offering to send all the parts we needed- FREE OF CHARGE! That is extraordinary service, thank you!

Ian was responding to my email requests as quickly as humanly possible and shipped my parts as soon as I had emailed him with the information he requested in the email. I could not be more pleased. Had these chairs over 14 years and needed a couple leg caps. The Lifetime chair rep was over the top helpful. We lend these chairs out lots of time. Recommend them to everyone. Light weight, comfortable, durable, practical for cleaning…and replacement parts were so easy. Great company. Great product.

We have about 250 Lifetime chairs in our church gym. A handful had lost the feet caps that protect the floor. I opened a chat with a Lifetime representative and he was so kind and efficient. We quickly decided on an amount and they shipped them to me, free of charge! Great company to work with and awesome warranty.

I’ve had the chairs now for 8+ years. They’re much more comfortable than the metal folding chairs of years gone by and well built. I did have one plastic seat break. However, Lifetime honored the warranty claim once the necessary proof and documentation was provided to them. Lifetime shipped me a replacement chair free of charge.

I borrowed a pair of these chairs from a friend for a team dinner and immediately ordered 4 for myself! Super comfortable and sturdy!
