After MANY years of service at our church, several of our Lifetime folding chairs had lost the plastic feet causing the chairs to wobble. One 5 minute call to Lifetime solved the problem with the associate verifying the model number and offering to send all the parts we needed- FREE OF CHARGE! That is extraordinary service, thank you!

I had 2 chairs I bought years ago. I found the same chairs on sale at Walmart. I ordered and they arrived several days later in perfect condition, and they were the exact 2 chairs I had purchased before. I love them, back of chair fits the curve of your back, they are very sturdy and very attractive for extra chairs for entertaining. I love Walmart from ordering - to delivery - to quality of product.

We’re so happy with the service we received from Lifetime. We’ve had our 12 chairs for a few years and one chair lost its caps. I got online and found that Lifetime had cap replacements. I called and they were delivered within a week at no charge. What a great American company!

these chairs have worked out great. Out of 135 chairs and 20 tables we have had one chair to loose the skid insert that comes on the bottom of the legs or feet. I emailed the company and in a day or two had a resolution for the issue. Thanks. I will buy more lifetime products when we need them.

I called customer service for some help with an item that needed to be replaced. The CS rep was exceptionally knowledgeable, was kind, helpful and took care of our need in less than 5-minutes. We are impressed and thankful that a company exists that still believes that customers are important, and that the customer's satisfaction is the duty of that company.

These chairs exceed my highest expectations. I was hesitant about purchasing without actually seeing the product, but Thanksgiving was drawing near and I was desperate! So glad I took the chance. I called to inquire about leg caps for my Lifetime chairs. Some of mine had cracked and/or were missing and I could not locate any to purchase. The Customer Service Department couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately agreed to replace what I needed free of charge. They really do stand behind their products. I highly recommend this company.

We are a large 3 generation family that gathers often for any kind of celebration. Purchased 20 folding chairs 15 years ago and use them about once a month. I recently noticed a foot cap came off a chair leg a couple of weeks ago. I conacted LifeTime by phone and a few days later recieved the part (easy to install) in the mail plus a few extra just in case. No charge, no hassle just good folks.
