Had these chairs over 14 years and needed a couple leg caps. The Lifetime chair rep was over the top helpful. We lend these chairs out lots of time. Recommend them to everyone. Light weight, comfortable, durable, practical for cleaning…and replacement parts were so easy. Great company. Great product.

I bought these chairs online when they were on sale. I go to the store and it would $60 cheaper to buy it there. They won't price match with online even though it was just a week later. They said sams online and sams in store are sams in store are separe, I have return them and rebuy them.

Great chairs to have on hand for extra seating. Lightweight yet very sturdy, they stack neatly against each other for storage. Bought 4 more this year. We were disappointed however the style changed from last year so the new ones we bought this year don’t quite match last years. The color is exact though

I purchased the same chair previously (October 2020) and paid twice as much. Contemplated returning it. Covid-19 causes me to limit my travel outside of the home. When I checked recently and saw that it was half the original price I decided to purchase so that I would have the additional seating when needed. Loved the product, unhappy with price discrepancy.

We have owned 4 tables and 24 chairs for more than a few years. When they were returned from a recent gathering, 3 of the chairs were missing the caps off the legs and 2 of the tables were missing the caps on the legs. I chatted on-line and was helped immensely. Hunter was patient as I ran back and forth to and from the garage to get serial and model numbers and waited while I took a photo of a table I couldn't find a number on. And after all that, he had them shipped to me free of charge! This is why we buy Lifetime!

We have been using liftime products. We recieved some chairs that did not stand up to much at all before they started to fall apart. we really like them and so I did some checking to find out that they have a great warentee on thier product. I sent in photos as requested and Liftiime is replacing my chairs. What a Great Company

After MANY years of service at our church, several of our Lifetime folding chairs had lost the plastic feet causing the chairs to wobble. One 5 minute call to Lifetime solved the problem with the associate verifying the model number and offering to send all the parts we needed- FREE OF CHARGE! That is extraordinary service, thank you!

I have called Lifetime customer service on numerous occasions and each time it has been a very pleasant experience. Wait times are very low and the representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. Shipping is very easy and arrives quickly.. I will definite use lifetime products when available.

I am part of my fundraising committee for my local volunteer fire department for over 30 years. At all our events we hold we been using folding metal chairs for years. Even before I joined, when my farther was a member I remember as a child. Over the years they wear out and break. I started to replace them with lifetime chairs. Purchased 20 5-6 years ago. These chairs are worth their name, because what an upgrade from looks to comfort. To easy to store and to work with. So light and strong. Our guests could not be more happy. So many compliments. We just purchased 20 more and looking to place out our whole chair count with 40 in the future when we raise the money. What a great product. Who ever purchases these chairs will be more than satisfied and happy with your choice and so will your guests.

Real comfortable chair 4 my big butt. (303 lbs.) I would have given it a 5 star grade if the bottom seat of the chair didn't buckle crease the plastic in the middle back edge. On the 2nd. day of use! I think the chair was rated for 350-400 lbs. The back edge should be made thicker like the front edge.
