[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago. It works great and uses very little water. It gets cloths very clean. I thought it wouldn't with such little water, but it proved me wrong.

difficult to follow and complete the recommended monthly maintenance. Additionally expertise is required that i just dont have. Why was i never expected to do these functions for the prior 10+ washers i have had in the past?

I bought this model as an upgrade from my older one that, after 11 years, started having issues. It is a great large capacity machine and is super easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.
