Installers nearly dropped it when unloading from truck. Sam’s club said white glove service installation. Installers asked if we had paid for installation. We said yes. So they installed it. After they left, I turned on water and both hoses both ends were leaking. Then I noticed they hadn’t even removed the installation bolts. I called Sam’s club two times and both times they contacted the installers and said they would call within 24h . They never did, so I installed it myself. As far a the machine goes, just started using it and so far so good. It’s definitely much quieter than my old machine. Beware of XPO logistics who delivered the washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 30 year old washer with this new one. We are seniors and the washer is easy to use and the manual was understandable. Didn't need all the bells and whistles, but it was a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because our washer broke and couldn't be repaired. It works great. Going a month without a washer was for the birds. I got tired of going to other people's houses to wash clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in June received in July from company I purchased from. It's a good washer. Needing work on tub thinking a bad shock. Everything else works good.

Needed a new W/D after 17 years but didn't want anything fancy. This unit fit the bill. Has plenty of cycle options and speeds. Clothes are clean and that's what matters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No bells and whistles, just a really great washer that does the trick. Fast and efficient and large enough for my king size bedding.
