[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August of 2020 and have been very happy with how it cleans the clothes and saves water at the same time. It has many different wash cycle options. I like the front loader as I am short and often the top loaders are so deep I can't get my clothes out and I find them not to wash as well as the front loader. I'm very very happy with this one and would highly recommend it.

I bought the washer oh about three months ago. I chose it for its size and type. I love front load washers. The only complaint I have about this washer is that an instruction manual didn’t come with it. I really don’t enjoy looking online to learn how to operate my machine As I need to refer to it to learn to use all the features. The instructions that I did get were not that helpful. This is huge for me. I did find one source on line for a manual and I needed to pay for it! Didn’t happen.

Have to use HE detergent and follow the recommendations for care and maintenance for the front loaders to avoid issues down the road. Manual does a good job explaining all this.

This washer had the capacity I wanted and was priced right. Washes ok but the control panel is not user friendly, they should have added a backlight and charged a bit more. Also contrary to what on reviewer said, there is no custom button on the wm3500cw so you have to set the temps with each load. Also the book that came with it doesn't even give the default temps for all the settings and I don't believe hitting the cold wash button changes the rinse temps. I would avoid using some of the settings if I could find out what the defaults are for that setting. The link mentioned in the owner's manual that is supposed to give you a more detailed manual only gives you the same one it came with. Not even a picture of the control panel with what each button does. What I like about this washer is it is very quiet and doesn't vibrate the whole house like my last one. Nice tune when it finishes but unless you are standing right next to it, you won't hear it even on the loudest setting. If I were to recommend this to a friend I would also tell them about the down side.

This is the second one of this exact washer that I have bought in seven years. The first one just stopped spinning and it was cheaper to get a new one than have it repaired. These are decent washers with enough different settings to cover all wash loads. I particularly appreciate the "Towels", "Bedding", and "Speed Wash" options. That said, they must be treated carefully. Many parts are plastic, the printing rubs off with even a little water (it's not permanent), and it is not especially quiet. For the money, it is a good machine. It is actually the only one that would fit in the tight space in my forty-year old house, so that is the main reason I keep buying it. I hope it lasts more than 7 years with the exceptionally gentle treatment I give it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall size and the flexibility with washing options.The front load is much better than the top load. The pedestal was a challenge to set up. The clothes don’t spin as dry as the old LG top load washer.

I am impressed with this washers high efficiency and quietness. Clothes come out fresh and nearly dry from the effective spin cycle. I'm happy to have an LG laundry room!

I've been using this washing machine for a few months now and have been very satisfied. I have tried a few wash settings; there are many settings, but a few meet my needs. The washing comes out very clean. With the high spin, much water is removed, the washing dries in a 1/2 hour in the dryer. This machine requires less water to do a large wash than my old top loader. I'm glad this is a water conserving machine.

This machine is awesome when it is not leaking somewhere. The first leak was from the bezel hose that connects the detergent dispenser to the top of the tub. This split and water went down to the floor. Not, a hard repair, but my laundry room was flooded. Now after a couple of years, the outer tub appears to be cracked and water is pouring from the bottom of the tub. I have an extended warranty from the store I purchased it from fortunately and they will most likely replace the machine. That does nothing for my laundry room floor though.

I liked my old washing machine, but this one is quieter, more attractive, and more efficient. It has all the features anyone could want and at a reasonable price for high-quality front-loading HE washer.
