[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this new washer! Easy to use, does a great job, and it very quiet. This machine replaced my old LG washer. Knew LG would be a great choice, and I am not disappointed.

I think cycles are a little longer, than unit I had, but I beleive it's using less water, Spin cycle gets ride of a lot of moisture. Seems pretty quite. A louder end of cycle alarm would have been better. LIKE IT!

I bought this 5 weeks ago. Followed direction on soap amount & type. Self installed per directions and all is well. No complaints. Be smart follow directions. At 72 years old I’ve learned directions do solve problems

I’ve only had this washer for two weeks. Every time it goes to spin cycle the drum clunks super loud. I’ve contacted LG and have yet to get someone here to look at it.
