[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer recently because the old one (not an LG) was making lots of noise during the rimse cycle. I am so happy with the new LG washer, it is so quiet. I love it!

i bought in december 2020 and is working superb all washing loads are seperatable with 3 different spins and 3 kinds of watering setting like cool warm and hot so it can also save energy

The manual came with the machine did not have relevant info or even wrong info. Took much longer time to wash clothes. Also, the box did not come with warranty card and registration card. Not sure about it's long term reliability.
