I bought my first LG Washer and Dryer in 2009, never had one service call. The washer has now reached its life cycle, and I bought a new one! They are reliable, good quality, and can't think of any reason to change brands. Thank you!

The manual came with the machine did not have relevant info or even wrong info. Took much longer time to wash clothes. Also, the box did not come with warranty card and registration card. Not sure about it's long term reliability.
